Bergzeit Avis 

Was a little bit nervous about ordering as some of the feedback seemed a bit negative.
Anyway, went ahead and ordered an Evoc backpack last Monday and 1 week later it arrived.
Would definitely buy from Bergzeit in the future.

Like others Ive read the reviews on here and thought the site may be dodgy.
However I received my goods within 6 days (including a weekend and bank holiday) and had constant email updates and tracking info throughout the parcels journey.
I will definately use this site again

Awful service - no item & no contact from customer services.
Placed an order on 17th March. I allowed 2 weeks for delivery as it was coming from Germany, but nothing. Emailed customer services who apologised and said they would provide an update. Chased two further times and no response, more than a month later a still no contact.
Fortunately I paid via PayPal so have opened a case with them and will hopefully get a refund that way. Very disappointing.

I used bergzeit for the first time last month and couldn’t fault them.
Both items arrived within a week. I had to return 1 and received my refund within the following week with an email to confirm everything.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I have ordered one pair of Adidas hiking boots from Bergzeit on 23rd Feb 2022, and on 1st March 2022, I have received email from Bergzeit shows my order has been refund and they didn't explain any reason, I emailed them and asked them what is happened, they said custom refused the parcel for unknown reasons. They asked me to reorder it if I still want it. On their website shows all the price including all tax and custom fee, in this situation I don't think they pay any tax and custom fee. And if I order again it will have the same issues, I suggest UK customers don't buy from this website, is no point to waste your time. This website may only suitable for European countries. Not UK friendly at all!

Now I had Bergzeit reply said its nothing they can do to post my boots to UK with my second order the same boots, in that case, why your staff suggested me to reorder again and said it will be okay this time. It looks Bergzeit can't post any orders to UK at moment why you still sell to UK customers. If it's Hermes logistic issues, maybe you need to change logistic company. Before you sell to UK customers after Brexit, you should resolve your shipment issues first. Cause your staff suggested me to order second time and it ends with same issue, it may me feel even worse than first time, really bad customer service! Definitely not UK friendly company!

I wanted to leave a review because I was really sceptical about ordering from this site, after seeing all the negative experiences. I ordered a Sherpa jumper on the 3rd of February and about 9 hours after my payment I received an email that my order is on the way. Then on the 7th I received an email saying my parcel is late and I thought heeere we go, I will never see this jumper, but it actually arrived on the 9th. Unfortunately it was too small so I had to return it. I posted the parcel on the Monday and by Saturday, the same week, I got the money back on my account. Apart from taking a little time, everything was perfectly smooth and fine, I had absolutely no issues with this company.

I have recently ordered some Mammut Men's Taiss Light Mid GTX Boot in size 10. I did not receive a confirmation email or order number for my purchase. The money has left my bank and no contact made by Bergzeit! I have emailed and they have not replied. I have tried to ring but they only have a German contact number. This is very unsatisfactory terrible experience!

Excellent service to the UK, fast postage of a Black Diamond wind proof , no problems whatsoever ..

Placed an order with this company wondering if there was any ‘catch’ as to why they were so much cheaper than everywhere else. Estimated delivery was after 7th Feb, it arrived yesterday (5th Feb) and although I’ve only tried it on for size so far it’s great.

I ordered an item from this company on 2nd December. It still has not been delivered. I contacted customer services and I have had several unsatisfactory responses to my requests for help to resolve the matter. Avoid!

This is a big shop with lots of products at good prices. I was worried about shipment (i'm in the UK so Brexit, import duty etc) but no issues. Their site states "you pay what you are charged, all fees included", this was the case. I haven't had to return anything so can't talk to that kind of experience but for a straight order and deliver they've been very good.

I ordered two ski jackets from Bergzeit.co.uk. Both came promptly and in excellent condition. I had to return one as it was the wrong size - the returns policy and process was easy, clear, and free. Excellent service.

I ordered my first ski touring boots and eagerly waited for the delivery. It was on the 7th of September and after almost a month I still haven't received them. I understand that there might be some problems linked to customs (just guessing) but no one reached out to let me know that I won't get them on time. I am trying to find out what is going on my own. Very frustrating :(

Ordered some walking trousers that none of the usual shops had in my size or colour. £38 less than I could find anywhere including postage and shipping. Arrived within 4 days, massively impressed!
