Firstly I popped in a few months back planing a secret surprise birthday gift for my wife a Cartier watch and did inquiry about it. As her birthday isn’t till August Gemma said come back late July and they sort it out.
True to my word I came in today and I was happy that she actually remembered me! as of course how many other customers have been in and asked about other watches since!
I had a lot of specific requests about things on the watch and how long till I could pick it up.
Gemma sorted it all out immediately, no questions asked.
Truly 5 star service!

If your looking at purchasing a new watch look no further than Berry’s no1. They are fantastic. Both Max and Mike are incredible. Very knowledgeable and made the experience second to none. A credit to Berry’s. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them. No doubt I will be back for my next watch purchases wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I order a Tudor watch from them . I received the watch but most of stickers has been removed. I asked them about this and they sad is their policy to remove it . I just lough … avoid it , they sell preloved items like new .. I will never buy from them .

Was served by Otav and took our time choosing my now amazing longines watch! told him my budget and it was my birthday, found a beautiful watch which served everything i wanted. Me and my other half were treated with such care and will deffo be back to choose my Omega next time round! also love how it is a family business and can totally see it! 10/10

I wanted a Doxa watch and I found out from Berry’s website that they stocked them. I went to Berry’s at Newcastle and ordered the watch I wanted. It arrived very quickly and I loved the watch. Customer service was excellent as always.

A very pleasant shopping experience, no pressure or disinterest which is often the case nowadays, I was afforded one to one service and plenty of time. I would highly recommend this store and the staff therein are a credit, thank you.

Exceptional service, my husband surprised me with a new Breitling timepiece. Louise and the team were really helpful and made me feel really welcome. They took the time to talk me through the timepiece I chose over lovely drink from there in house bar. Could not recommend them highly enough. I am very fortunate to own several timepieces ( Rolex , Cartier etc ) but the Breitling store is bar far the best service I have ever experienced. Very down to earth and welcoming. Made me feel a valued customer.

I had been considering purchasing an omega Seamaster deep ocean for a few weeks. when I passed the boutique I thought I would pop in to see if they had one I could try on, they did but not in the colour I wanted the but staff were more than happy for me to try it on. The timepiece looked fantastic and I placed an order there and then. I was most impressed with the level of service and professionalism from all the staff, I went in a scruffy pair of shorts and an old T shirt and didn’t feel judged at any point. They even gave my little boy a boxed omega key ring in a gift bag, this made his day. If you are thinking of purchasing an omega I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Berry’s jewellers.

I brought a ring in to the Leeds Victoria Quarter branch for (long overdue) replating and was very impressed by the excellent service. The assistant who helped me showed the same warmth, interest and attention to detail as if I were buying a piece of jewellery. The ring came back within the week, looking like new, for a very reasonable cost. All the staff I encountered were knowledgeable and friendly and were happy to answer a general enquiry very thoroughly.
