Booked 2 tickets to Puerto Rico at 3:00 pm on 18 Jan 2023. $401.00 for each. Got a confirmation code from Bestairfares.com immediately. Then Received an email at 6:20 pm from sales at bestairfares.com that "due to unforeseen circumstances, your original flights with American Airlines..., as per booking reference D79M35, have experienced a change in availability.... we have successfully arranged a new flight for you... $629.88. Over 50% more! Then shortly after the email I get a call from Jake trying to sell me this ticket explaining to me Bestfares has no control over pricing only the airline do. I asked him why they are advertising for way less if they dont have "control" over the ticket price. His explanation was nonsense. As of this moment 7:30PM their website is still offering tickets at $401.00 for the same trip. SCAM COMPANY. Stay away!

Fraud Alert!
On October 13, we booked three tickets to Lima Peru with Alan of Bestairfares. At the time, we paid the cost of the airline tickets and an agency booking fee of 688.05. We were happy to do so as the price was the cheapest we could find during the busy Christmas season.
Fast forward to the first week of December and we were notified by Delta Airlines that our reservations were canceled. I was told they were booked by the agency which knowingly knew they were unavailable. Delta could not re- book my tickets and suggested I take it up with the agency that booked my flights.
Bestairfares told me the airline was lying to me. After going back and forth with both parties, the Delta supervisor explained that I was a victim of fraud and suggested a three way call that would prove it.
I called Bestairfares, and asked to speak to as supervisor who was once again unavailable as. The representative I was talking to refused to speak on a three way with Delta, saying they were only going to lie.
I then ended up booking my own flights at a now much higher cost. When I asked Bestairfares to refund their booking fee they said they would but that it would take 7-10 days. When it never came I asked once again to speak to a supervisor. They told me he was unavailable, but promised I would receive a call the next day, never happened
Called back and was promised that my refund would be refunded once again. It wasn’t. Now I am being told that a refund takes at least two or three billing cycles and instead could only receive a credit voucher.
It is now very obvious. This company makes knowingly invalid reservations in order to steal your money. This company cannot be trusted. Scam artists!

Run , it is bait and switch shop
I had booked 3 tickets for Cancun, Mexico for myself, wife and son in September 2023. And the total price was $1700 in Delta airlines from JFK, New York.
After booking I got email from Delta that my reservation has been cancelled and refund will be provided.
I called Delta and was told that the agent has requested for cancellation and given a contact number.
When I called the number it was for different agency.
I called bestairfares.com and was told that Delta cancelled the flight not them and then offered the same flight for $2400!
It is the scam run by these people. They reserve at lower price and then cancel it and then sell the same flight at higher rate.
I recommend everyone to run away from these scammers!

Do not buy from this company!!!! They let us turn up at Heathrow airport with fake tickets. They followed on to tell us that the tickets were cancelled 48hrs ago but had forgotten to inform us. We’ve had these flights booked for 6 months. The devastation is unreal.

Nathan was really polite and helpful…
Nathan was really polite and helpful when trying to find my flight. He was able to get my seats, carryon, and personal baggage bundled in one payment which was verified when I called the airline company directly. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the original pricing that was offered at the beginning of the process due to not having the seating available. This caused the price to be more than advertised.

I was initially impressed by the cost…
I was initially impressed by the cost of tickets and received an email stating the booking was pending. Several days later I called to check the status and was presented with another option for a different airline at completely different departure time (11 hour difference) and the cost was double. I understand rates are subject to change based on availability, but do not believe the initial price was ever available. They were willing to cancel and did not charge my credit card, but I did waste a week of planning.

Unreal first then gave it a GO
I was assisted by 2 Reps. Nathan was the last one. At first I thought it was going to be a scam due to the prices being too low, so they called and clarified the prices being different. They deliver what they said they would and it still stayed at a good price. I knew the actual price would be higher but when called, late in the evening, were all the calls. The 1st Rep ext. 115 called me and explain the split charges, details etc. then lastly Nathan called me back and the price and flight details were still consistent so decided to trust and allow the CC transaction. Great deal and good follow up.

I paid $497 for a local flight and they call me back the second day to add additional $300 to choose a sit and to have a carryon bag, that if i don't pay my money will not be refund. Unfortunate for them my bank did not accept the payment. I cant believe they still have 4stars

Terrible service, they canceled me the flights and they said were going to send me the refund in less than 20 days Two months have passed and I still haven't received anything and I bought other tickets again and they just canceled them too.
