Best Name Badges Avis

Customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. My order shipped out the same day and showed up the next day per my request. The badges look great. No complaints at all.

I recently ordered a number of products from Best Name Badges after starting my small business and getting a place to sell out of. I got mostly standard signs you need in a place that has been stripped (like no smoking signs, etc), and also got some really neat badges with my companies logo and my employees' names so that customers can connect with them better.

Ordering was fast, they work around the clock and get your custom product to you quicker than you might expect. Prices were fair, delivery was fine, all in all, no complaints. I would recommend them.

Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and recommended items based on my needs. I was able to place my order quickly, with no problems. Shipping was fast and the badges look awesome! I will order from this place again.

I have honestly had the worst experience ordering name badges from this company - if it hadn't taken a week for them to finally get it right, I would have canceled - but felt I was too far into it and was just tired and didn't want to start over. I was quoted 3 different prices by 2 different "customer service" representatives, one even asked if I would like them to print the names on the sheet. I said yes, placed my order, then they came back and said it would be an additional $10 - after I paid my invoice that stated they would do so.

I was very pleased with the set-up process for getting the name tags just right. I was helped through all the steps and customer service was very accommodating with all of the requirements I had. I was also very pleased when we received the name tags, they are great quality and look perfect. Our logo was was rendered very well and the magnet is very strong.

All of us where very happy with Best Name Badges! Thank you!

This is the 2nd order for our company from Best Name Badges. Our order was a quick turnaround order and we received outstanding service regarding our tight deadline and questions. The badges and lanyards we ordered are very nice and our logo looks great. Thank you!

I had a mid-size order to place for the company I work for. Customer Service was very helpful when selecting my design, and they have a wide range to select from. The prices were reasonable and delivery was really quick. My bosses were very pleased with the prompt and professional service they offer!

I was nervous about trusting an online service to duplicate a name badge I was looking for. Angela was very patient with me as we continued to revise the art work until we got the perfect match. The badges arrived that other day and I was thrilled with the result.

Establishing a brand/label is a hideous task to do. However, good suppliers are gift from heaven that we should appreciate. Best Name Badges is one of those great help we have. With their superb customer service we we're able to communicate with them openly and with a quick response ready. They deliver what they promised and never got problem with the deadline. I highly recommend this company and their product undoubtedly!

Sent my files for some custom name badges and Tiffany quickly got back to me requesting a new format as the ones I sent would not work. We had several back and forth emails and she quickly had me a great proof to approve.

I'll certainly use them again!

I was interested in magnetic name badges and came across your website while web surfing. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted so decided to go to chat room. Fortunately for me, a CSR named Tiffany came right online and answered all of my questions through repeated chats and multiple follow-up e-mails. I was impressed with her knowledge, and more so with her patience in seeing that all of my questions/concerns were answered. I'm very impressed with her and trust that my order will be handled just as efficiently as Tiffany handled my multiple communications.

Had a great experience with Tiffany. So easy to work with and product was as promised and look wonderful.

Tiffany provides great customer service and was a pleasure to work with throughout.

Thanks, Tiffany!

We have used Best Name for years - they are responsive, reasonably priced and their products are classy and dependable. Can't recommend enough! Theatre Aspen is a big fan!

This company seems to be very diligent in their response, service and product. The per badge price seemed a little expensive for a per unit cost however upon receiving the product it was very clear that it was worth it. Very professional finish and great customer service. Very recommendable!

Thanks to Randy as well for being efficient. :-)

Fast, speedy, courtesy service. Randy our sales rep was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Tiffany L. was beyond prompt and helpful with our rush order. She went through many different design changes (changing them very quickly and sending them to us) and was able to add another item to our rush order the day before delivery! She made our experience very pleasant with bestnamebadges.com!
