Since the company has been bought out its been getting worse and worse. Phone calls not being answered in time, outgoings taking several days to action at times. They know we're in the middle of a run of patients and instead of actioning a straightforward patient request will message us to ask what to do. Many of my clients say 'i couldnt get through'. When ive asked for things on my script to be changed, they havent. It was a great company beforehand, but progressively getting worse, worse staff training, vut the number of staff and the ones that are there have a high turnover.

Have been with these guys for 6 years. Their staff and managers have always been amazing. However, they were bought out recently and it’s not an exaggeration to say that they make mistakes on a daily basis now. EVERY DAY! They have damaged my business immensely, messed up appointments and are now incapable of following the most basic of instructions. Multiple, now weekly complaints from patients, patients waiting over 5 minutes on hold for an appointment. It’s simply not good enough. I’ve had conversations daily with the managers to try and resolve these issues this week. They are good and hard working people but their system is clearly broken. I’m currently looking for an alternative and feel that this week was the last straw. It’s a shame, as they were a huge part of my business. Now, they’re losing me business and making more work for me to resolve their daily mistakes. I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only one with this problem. Also, speaking to competitors has only confirmed that people have been leaving best Reception in their droves.

Terrible service. We have used best reception for the past 4 years. Service has done down hill in the past 6 months. Customers call and no one answers the phone. I could cry! Avoid at all costs.

Best reception were really good up until they were taken over. After this date, it has been a shambles. They have no idea how to follow your script or how to deal with the calls. You end up having to do the work yourself. I lasted about 5 days after the takeover before giving my notice period to leave.

Really disappointing. I’ve been with BR for almost three years and was happy with them until the recent buyout. Since then, calls are often mishandled, creating more work and stress. On top of that, they raised the service price by 15% with less than a month's notice. Unfortunately, I’m switching to another provider.

Fabulous service for a very reasonable price, the feed back I've had from callers has been very positive and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been on the ball , very pleasant and easy to talk to.

We have are relatively new to the service but in the last month we have found the set up and organisation of the service to be very easy and efficient. We are a small business with some quirky processes, Andy and his team have understood how we work and they have navigated it all brilliantly.

We recently switched to Best Reception having been with our previous provider for some time. Everything has been seamless with the switch, and Best Reception have been great at providing info and keeping us up to date with calls taken. The cost is significantly less than we were paying, and so far the service has been significantly better.

Andy, Wendy and the team provide an essential service to our clinic. It is so important that our patients get to speak someone when they have taken the time to call and the Best Reception team get it spot on.
Their communication with patients is professional and polite and their follow up emails are prompt (after the call).
We've recently had a problem with our phoneline which left us unable to access BR's services for 6 weeks. This served to further highlight just how we couldn't be without them!
