They have fitted my boiler Around 12 months ago,
When l have called British Gas engineers for the first annual service, l have been informed that they would NOT touch the boiler because It was installed dangerously and I should not be using it.

I don't understand why this review has been flagged.
They have admitted that they have installed a faulty boiler,
They have sent engineers to inspect it and they have agreed it was faulty and installed dangerously.
Engineers have told me that they will be reporting their findings to the head office so they can send a specialist engineers to fix it or change it.
But weeks have gone l have not heard anything from BeSure yet.

They are scammers...

Had a new boiler fitted today Was told I’ll be there between 8 am and 10 am he arrived at 8:05 am fitted a new boiler checked everything out demonstrated how to use it cleaned up after himself took away all the rubbish thank you Matthew would recommend him and besure plumbing company
