Someone created an account with my email and Betfred has done nothing to remove the said account. This site isn't available in my country so I can't even use their website. Instead doing anything to help, they have been directing me from one branch and contact to another, nobody taking any initiative or responsibility. We'll, I guess "Nicholas" and anyone else using other people's emails to satisfy their gambling addiction are free to gamble their money away with Betfred, no consequences whatsoever.
