Scammed me for over 1k USD, told me when I won that I was betting outside of their jurisdiction, when in fact I’m not, and lost thousands on their site. I think they are going to be closing any time soon and looking at exit scamming

Stay away from them. They asked for a deposit in order to withdraw my hard earned money.

Made A deposit try to withdraw at fist they said it was an issue with the system and then I keep asking live support a week later they replied saying my. Withdraw has been on hold and need kyc I did the kyc and they said I can’t withdraw the winnings bc I’m in a restricted country but they didn’t say anything abt restricting when u sign up and technically I should be able to atleast get my original deposit

Avoid at all costs.
I started using betnana through a well known instagrammer plugging the website. I had a look one day as i noticed it had a sportsbook and thought hey what the hell, the odds seem decent and they advertised themselves as having great odds. low and behold after a series of betting I win big, approx 1k USD. time after time i get told various stories about why i cant withdraw funds, they told me the server was being updated, they told me that ithe processor was down, then they decide to ask for additional ID for security checks, weird as they were happy taking hundreds in deposits... i then submit the ID which i was unsure about as the support email all over the website bounced, saying the email doesnt exist! the staff in the live 24/7 (which never replies) told me send over my gov ID to a very random gmail account he provided. i was so concerned but eager to progress this to withdraw my winnings.
eventually it gets referred to management who were happy me putting my ID in the live chat for it to be under review. i then found out today that they have reduced my balance to 0 and taken the funds stating i have operated outside of their jurisdiction.
this is a complete and utter scam whereby betnana have dissolved my winnings somewhere.

from every experience i have had with this website its been sketchy to say the least. when i have had small wins the in the past its never been immediately accessible whereby i have had to wait for the funds to be approved. its as though they wait for more people to make deposits before they can pay anyone out.

i hope that these fraudsters get found out as they are playing with peoples livelihood. happy to take money but refusing to pay anything out.

i have videos and screenshots of all my interactions and look forward to escalating this further with the relevant bodies.

I deposited approx. $3800(BTC) on BetNana and played while physically located at my home in Pennsylvania, USA. Deposits were accepted and gameplay was fully permitted.

When I attempted to withdraw approx. $5,300, my withdrawals repeatedly failed. I was initially told this was due to a “payment processor issue.”

After disputing that explanation, BetNana claimed—for the first time—that I had accessed the platform from a “restricted jurisdiction,” despite no geoblocking, warnings, or restrictions being enforced at the time of deposit or play.

Following my formal dispute, I logged back in to find my account balance reduced to $0, with no forfeiture notice, no accounting entry, and no email communication.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Anjouan Gaming Authority and am documenting this publicly so other players are aware.

If BetNana wishes to resolve this transparently, I am open to doing so.

Games are ok but there customer service sucks never got my bounce for my daily rewards never got my bonus from my code I entered they say I worked yet never received what they call tickets and there email doesn’t work I mean literally noting on this website works including a lot of games or all sport bets or live games also to beat clean never tired to withdraw bc it was just kinda a test to play for me

I've made my deposit and i have never seen my Money again, i also have written to the customer service, the answered me at First and then i was completly ghosted.

Customer service ignore me emails don’t work to send them and when I withdraw it says completed but I haven’t received it?
