Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Sorted out everything really quickly and efficiently. Gym lockers could do with some attention, but otherwise facilities are excellent

The Healthwise programme is amazing and has already improved Peter's motivation and range of movement. Kelly has been an excellent trainer and is very knowledgeable and patient.

I have just moved areas and signed up with Better Gym I booked an hour induction which was excellent focused on areas I requested suggesting lots of exercises to do. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help when you are there. The equipment is kept up to date, overall a nice place to go

I had an issue with setting up my account, the customer service team were brilliant, replied quickly and sorted my issues in a great and supportive manner. I’ve since attended an induction which was brilliant and have been multiple times and had great experiences every time!
