1 pool is divided into 4 parts. So its too crowded.In 30 min session,instructor is not available for almost 10 min and in last 10 min they start using props to play games.Kids don't learn swimming eff... Voir plus

A wonderful welcome to Highgrove Centre
I’ve signed up for better and went along to the Highgrove Centre to ask for some help with the app. The people were absolutely lovely, especially Polina who is the duty manager. She helped me sort everything out and gave me a wonderful tour of the facilities. I was very impressed and I’m looking forward to starting on my fitness journey.

EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY EASY ACCESS GOOD FACILITIES - ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS A LITTLE CHAOTIC, NOISY, INDISCIPLINED MEMBERS, STAFF TOO BUSY WITHIN THEMSELVES AND REALLY NOT IN CONTROL

As I m a CARER 4 my brother
As I m a CARER 4 my brother - who s deaf - i do NOT get any benefits at all ! ! !
I have to help him out a lot !
So i have Monday as I go - £5.15- which is a lot ! Carers get a discount - £1.85 - which is reasonable ! ! ! I ve tried to give my views that i should pay a discount rate to ur staff - but it's been REJECTED !
This is disappointing as I like swimming as got lot of health issues and swimming is the ONLY exercise that I can do ! ! !
Also - High Grove swimming is VERY SMALL - & when they have kids swimming classes - the pool gets sooooooo Sooooooo FULL !
NEEDS A BIGGER POOL - but obviously - lot of government money is needed ! ! !

If you have eligible proof of your carer status, you may be able to apply for a carer membership, which offers access to discounted rates. Please speak with a member of the team at the centre, who will be happy to advise you on the eligibility criteria and the documents required.
We also appreciate your comments about the size of the pool and how busy it can become during children's swimming lessons. We understand how this can affect your swimming experience, and thank you for sharing your observations.

The centre is child friendly and the facilities are clean and hygiene. The systems are easy to book the sessions. The customer service is always ready to help and resolves issues on urgent basis.

5* service from Gabriela
Gabriela replied to my request for help the same morning. I explained the problem I was having signing in to the Better Health app and waited to hear back.
Later that afternoon, she contacted me because she had noticed my support ticket had been marked as resolved. She wanted to check whether I had managed to sign in.
I told her that the issue hadn’t been resolved. She apologised, looked into it straight away and fixed the problem.
She then sent me an email to make sure everything was working and that I was happy with the outcome.
I really appreciated that Gabriela didn’t just assume everything was fine. She followed up, sorted out the issue and made sure I was happy. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

They said my membership was cancelled and never paid a membership in 6 months idk how wen I bought a membership a week ago 😡

Hassle free process to renew Senior Annual Membership
Have been an annual paying member for 12yrs+. This has been the 1st yr whereby renewing was hassle free. So well done on improving the process for senior members. A special thank you to Natasha (Better Knowledge Base) for processing my renewal within 15mins. She is a credit to the organisation.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at Highgrove Fitness Centre. In particular the reception staff have consistently proved to be rude and alwasy too busy whenever I asked to book any classes.
On 23 June 2026, at around 4pm, I went to book swimming lessons and also swimming sessions during the heatwave week. There was a girl at the reception, and she was extremely rude and basically told us that there was no swimming session available till the weekend. Is this true? Its very had to believe! We didnt argue with her, we just left.
However this was not a good experience, and I would prefer to look at another fitness centre.

Our junior members have access to the Junior Gym, Junior Fitness classes and swimming with their Memberships across the centres we operate in Hillingdon.
We understand that the junior gym times can sometimes feel limited, as this mainly provides you with access during after-school hours.
