I wanted to cancel my membership and I spoke to customer services, I explained my situation and why I felt that I needed to cancel and come back later, and the member of staff I spoke to whose name Adolf suggested freezing my membership instead cancelling which was what I did so Thank you Adolf for suggesting that.

A good experience!
Everything was explained fully by Brandon who was also very helpful during my first few sessions.
Staff on the reception were lovely too.
All in all a good experience from someone who has never joined a gym before! Now into my third week.

Today I was booked on a Healthwise exercise class…
Today I was booked on a Healthwise exercise class, I enjoy this weekly chance to exercise in the pool.
Brandon is so caring and understnding of the members abilities.
I have the need to use the changing room for people with disabilities, this facility is very useful and I am thankful for it. The staff are very kind and welcoming, from the reception staff to Winston the cleaning guru, I recommend the Horley Leisure Centre to all my friends.

All the staff at Horley leisure centre are so friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and clean and often quiet.
Large variety of exercise classes with good instructors.
