Since Better have taken over Mowsbury, the golf club has improved significantly, every time I play the course is looking better and playing better. Staff are great, friendly, approachable and always cater to any needs. I enjoy being a member here.

Improvements made throughout the centre…
Improvements made throughout the centre in the last 2 years have been amazing. Upgrading of bar area has been lovely to enjoy a drink after a round, pro shop has seen a large increase of stock which is fantastic and the course continues to improve with enhanced changes. Keep up the good work.

I have been playing at Mowsbury…
I have been playing at Mowsbury casually for the last few years and its very nice to see how much the course changed for the better. Greenfees are reasonably priced especially twilight hours. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Remove £12.50 setup fee for University studends
As a university student, I feel that the £12,50 setup charge is unreasonable. It like a tax on top of the rate to be paid for the 7 day membership. The staff at the pro shop took about 5 minutes to set up my account as I was already a junior member at this club for years. I would therefore ask that you reconsider this setup fee for university students.

First time playing at this course
First time playing at this course. For a municipal course it was kept in very good condition. Some challenging holes, which my standard of golf made even more challenging. But overall, a very fair course. Staff were pleasant and helpful too. Looking forward to playing again.

After playing the golf course I am very disappointed with the state of the greens…
After playing the golf course I am very disappointed with the state of the greens. Most of the greens have numerous holes, weeds and rough patches. The long dry period is not an excuse because other local clubs have excellent greens. Perhaps the company that cares for the course could get some advice from local golf clubs on how to improve.

Better really is Better
James and his team in the pro shop have done a fabulous job creating a nice friendly pro shop. The improvements the ground staff have made to the course are great and it's refreshing to see continual improvements.
They have been very supportive in helping the junior section which will continue to help grow the game
