Bad customer experience

Gunna say everything was good but I have to go to 1 star as the customer service ruined it to be told that you can’t change a direct debit then been waiting 30 mins on a phone call to be hung up on and my situation not fixed

Brilliant facilities

Rented the heritage space for a work event and it was top notch. Staff made the booking very easy, ran very smoothly on the day, nothing was any bother to staff and it was a wonderful space for a great day to connect out of the office. Thank you Templemore

I think your better webpage needs an overall. You just seem to go around in circles and trying to get a membership photo loaded is another level!

Customer service

Two girls ( not the usual girls)who were on reception duty at 10 am this morning were, I found to be very patronising. They got the details of the spa booking system entirely wrong it was only when another patron and spa user came in and reiterated what I was telling them that they conceded they were wrong . I'm not complaining because of a total lack of apology.
( Which would have been nice)But after we proceeded to the spa the girls at reception rolled their eyes at the next patron and said " did you hear those two". I resent not only being treated like a doddering old pensioner who didn't know the rules but to have been spoken about in their tone it's not acceptable. These two girls need to be reminded to give respect to patrons. The person to whom they spoke to in such a derogatory way about" those two" happens to be the husband of one of "those two".
Other wise the staff at templemore are really helpful but it only takes one or two to bring the reputation of staff down. Regards

I brought my two daughters to start…

I brought my two daughters to start swimming lessons in templemore baths I was greated by friendly coach Wendy who gave me all the info I needed about the lessons I left my girls with Evan who had great patience with them even when my little one was extremely nervous she still stayed in the water ! This put me at ease that they have patience for the little ones who are nervous of water .

As a mature woman I was nervous

As a mature woman I was nervous about joining a gym and going for a full induction. There was no need. Staff were very helpful explaining everything to me and developed a training programme to suit my needs. They put me at ease and made me feel welcome. I look forward to starting my programme.

Excellent social enterprise

Excellent social enterprise. Wonderfully organised swimming lessons with experienced staff with a child centred approach and empathy for young swimmers. For the price, it’s exceptional value.

Disappointing and not hygenic

You should impose a rule that everyone should wear swimming caps. It is disgusting to swim and come across hairs.

The showers are all for both genders, so no one is comfortable to properly shower, making it less hygienic.

No one told me about the 20 days notice to cancel the membership. When I signed up, I clearly stated that I will only be in the city for a month. Very very disappointing

At my chosen location it was brilliant albeit an issue with pool and the temperature of the water being on the cold side apparently it was being dealt with
