All staff very friendly, always with a smile in the face and very helpful.
Good environment , however the gym is a little bit crowded in the early morning ( so we need a larger space) and for classes sometimes the equipment is not enough (so we need more equipment).

Lovely friendly centre
Lovely friendly centre, staff are all very helpful and the classes are amazing. Just wish the gym was bigger and they had more of a variety of classes with earlier starts and later finishes but can’t fault the centre as a whole.

All the staff at Plumstead centre are…
All the staff at Plumstead centre are brilliant staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to assist and listen to complaints. They go out of their way to assist with any problems and issues. They give advice on exercise and assist with how to use the equipment especially the early morning staff.
It’s a small centre that could do with more equipments in the gym and better quality hand weights in the fitness class and more heavy hand weights. 2 sets of 9kg is not enough. More fans needed in the fitness classes as it’s always hot in the room especially the summer room.
The centre could do with an upgrade and additional space to accommodate more exercise machines.
In the morning if you are not early by 6.40am you cannot get on the treadmill. More bikes needed in group circle class especially Li Tuesday and Thursday morning 7am class. It’s one of the best classes followed by Hugo body conditioning and circuit classes.

Closing Open Cafe Space Too Early
Hello, I am please concerned about the closing of the Open Cafe Space at the Plumstead Center to the public by 4pm, this is please to early and is not fully beneficial to the public.
Could the closing time be moved up to 6pm, this way, members of the public who come into the center and come into to open cafe space at different times depending of their various needs and activities will fully benefit from this Open Area.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! The Summer Room is a great space for booking various activities and it is always set up in advance and ready to use. It’s really nice to go into a gym where you are greeted with a friendly face.
