My prize wheel hasnt worked for nearly 2 weeks now. Says its daily free prize wheel however after the first 3 days of me playing its not stopped and states sorry, not available. Betway have a feature on their website where you can spin every day and get a randomly allocated amount of spins. For months, it was sincerely random, culminating a couple of weeks ago in a very fortutious 30 pound plus win for me on one of the games.

Since then, betway have rigged the game, ensuring I get the lowest amount of spins, 1, every single time. This has happened over 20 times now, which is statistically borderline impossible. In reading this crooked company's other reviews on this website, I've since discovered I'm not the only one.

I contacted their customer service and they had the audacity to insist to me that the game remains random, which is a bare faced lie. They then gave me the email address of their manager, who I tried to contact about the issue, but never heard back from.

They are liars, playing a fradulent game, punishing me for having the audacity to actually win on a game.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I won £2200 on the 20th dec 2023 I’m yet to see any of it. My account stated the money had been sent to me and would be in my account within 1-3 days. Fast forward to today and still nothing. Excuses being made and customer services is the worst. Absolutely ruined my Christmas. All take no give even when you win fairly. I’m leaving this review on my partners trust pilot account as I have no phone now either.

I have being on support chat for over one hour now. They say waiting on response from betway? Who am I talking too? I feel this site is a bit dodgy and a scam now.

I have won a treble today return was to be €1500 I only received €900. The bet return your saying there is a rule 4 on the 12:45 Thurles race. I have checked with all online bookmakers and my local shop bookmaker there is no rule 4 applied to this race @ 50%. That would mean a horse would have to be withdrawn at a price of even money or thereabouts according to your rules. There was no horse priced of those odds in the non runners list 12:45 Thurles. Please see attached bet. This is not acceptable as your meant be a reputable online bookmakers? I was a happy customer up until today. I fell like you steal my money doing this. Please can you return €600 to my account?
