It is very difficult to write a review of my experience with Bibby without making it sound like I’m paid to be nice. My experience with Carolyn, Leah and Gero has been nothing but exceptional. I had an excellent experience with this financial services team. They worked extremely efficiently to ensure funds were released quickly, which was especially appreciated just before Christmas. From start to finish Steve at Bibby was a pleasure to work with in getting this facility open. At first I needed some guidance on how the facility worked and he explained it all with full detail and clarity. I can't recommend Steve Taylor highly enough! He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of getting my credit facility open. Steve went above and beyond—working tirelessly day and night, even on weekends—to make sure everything was completed efficiently and on time. His dedication, professionalism, and communication were second to none.

Bibby support for a specialist architectural metal SME
Our contract with Bibby commenced Dec 24. The onboarding process was efficient. The post onboarding support from the client relationship team headed up by Catherine Gottschalk was excellent. As you sign up more clients and contracts to the ledger, the variables affecting funding availability and the impact on cashflow can be difficult to fully understand, but with the assistance of Catherine and her team, our knowledge and confidence in being able to accurately forecast funding availability, increased significantly. The team were always supportive and flexible when unforeseen funding issues arose.

RUTHLESS - IN ONE WORD
After almost 7 years as a client my account with Bibby was suddenly terminated citing a few trivial reasons.
Due to a lack of working captial the business stopped trading for 3 months.
I suddenly got a call from my client manager informing that my agreement will be terminated. Despite my assurance that i intent to restart with a some funding from my sister that was just not good enough. I regret using Bibby for so long. I now offer my customers a early payment discount which seems to be working
