Bicycle Land Avis 

So was doing some research on the ADO A20 bike and came across Bicycle Land Website, price was better than others but still nervous about ordering online. Rang and spoke to a very nice chap who took me through info about the bike and made me feel confident about purchasing it from the shop. So glad I did, arrived within a few days, quicker than expected and was in perfect condition, its a fantastc bike and I am so glad I bought it, defo recommend based on my experience. Best price and come with warrenty. I'm happy.

I ordered a Bike Stand and a Gear Derailer Hanger.
Both arrived quickly, items appear good quality.
I'm happy doing business with Bicycle Land and will use them again.

Bought two bikes and they agreed to build them free of charge for collection next day,
Talked me through the settings and anything else I needed to know.

I am new to biking and have decided to get an ebike for commuting. A friend recommended Himo Z20 and I found bicycle land, which is the only place that sells these bikes in England, I understand. It is certainly very good value for money. The service has been friendly and helpful when I could get hold of the company. It is not a big company. It has links to its own servicing and repair shop. So far my cycling experience has been very positive. I am grateful to the support when I am able to be in touch - which , to be fair, are in reasonable hours - it is just that my work does not make those hours very easy. Also because I am a new cyclist, I needed a lot of advice and they have given me good advice.

I did a lot of research, and found some sites offering the same bike (Fiido D4S) cheaper, but on further investigation they seemed quite dodgy, based in China, and so on.What a pleasure to deal with a proper UK bike store, where there was good communication with Lucy who quickly solved some minor issues. I am supremely happy with my bike so far, and thoroughly recommend Bicycle Land

This is tyhe second bike we have bought from Bicycle Land. It arrived with some damage due to bad handling during delivery.
I contacted BL and they were extremely apologetic, although it was not their fault, and having confirmed the damage and the required parts, they very soon had the replacement part out for delivery and agreed to pay for the part to be fitted. They are to be commended for their customer care.

Been asked to review.

Ordered some bike fenders on 15 August 2022. On the 22nd I emailed asking where they were as they had not arrived for them to reply back saying they’d been returned to them

‘Your item was sent out last week, unfortunately it has been returned to us as the post office put the incorrect delivery address, so sorry we did not know this was the case until this morning. A new item is being dispatched on first class, you should receive it tomorrow. I will email the tracking details as soon as I have it available. So sorry for the delay!’

The POST OFFICE put the wrong address?

On the 27th I emailed them again as I still hasn’t received them.. on the 30th I got a reply saying they weren’t sure what was going on and that they were sent next day delivery (on the 22nd) 5 days prior .

Fair enough Royal Mail workers were on strike for ONE of those days but I’ve had post arrive everyday since.

It’s now the 1st of September and I’m still waiting. 18 days since ordering.

If you need something in a reasonable time I wouldn’t personally suggest using bicycle land

No customer support.The bike had some issues and instead if resolving they blame you for the problems.Ad due to the issues when I said I am not happy with the product and want a free return them they say oh there is this and that charge and that they cannot refund the entire amount as they will check the condition of it and then will tell us even though I did not even completely unpacked the bike and it was brand new. Very bad experience. Please avoid.

I ordered a hemo z20 folding ebike from Bicycle land, the service is fantastic, very good price, brilliant communication, extremely fast delivery through toughnells. A well packaged bike with two set's of mudguards, the only gripe I could find is the charger cable is a continental two pin plug, I had an old power supply lead that fitted perfect so no big worries.

Shane and Zane were very helpful at Cycle Man who showed and built the bike for me. Very knowledgable and very positive approach in their duties. Highly recommend them and Cycle Man as a whole.

Bought a Fiido bike online and collected it in store at Cyclemend in East London. Staff are very polite and helpful. They kept me updated of the time when the bike arrived.
I also had my bike assembled at Cyclemend for a small fee.
They also showed me how to use the bike and take care of the bike. Very good service. Would recommend if you’re looking to buy a Fiido bike in the UK.

I agree with all good reviews, Bicycle Land is the most reputable cycle shop in London. I bought the Samebike, I love it. They are really nice real people. Thank you Bicycle land.

Bought a Himo Z20 from their storefront/repair shop in E1. Mr. Shah was super helpful, walked me through different options I could consider, gave me good advice. They also assembled the bike for me and gave me some discounts on assembly and some of the other things I bought from them like a lock and helmet etc. Hell they even opened up on a Sunday to hand over the bike to me since I had an early train to catch.
The reason I've held back a star is that even on the brand new bike I found some sites where the paint had been scratched (probably during assembly?)

Online stock was not kept up to date. Made a purchase and was informed by Lucy from customer service that they were looking into it. After some initial frustrations with the customer service phone that didn't work, they turned out to be very accommodating through e-mail and we were able to get me a better bike (even with a small discount for my troubles). Happy with the result!

Bicycle Land is the most reputable ADO bike shop in the UK. They offer excellent products at great prices and provide excellent customer service. I purchased ADO A20 plus online from their website. The bike was delivered in excellent condition within four days of ordering. After using for 5 months I had a minor issue with the battery. The battery was immediately replaced after contacting customer support and answering a few questions. For anyone looking to buy or have their bike serviced, I highly recommend Bicycle Land.
