I have a constriction on my neck which swells up and finding tops that fit without choking me is a nightmare! Omg! Your top has room, feels soft and is stretchy that I forgot about it. Thankyou so much.

The delivery was really quick but I ordered specifically because of having more leg size and the thighs were so tight that I can't wear them. Really hoped they would be designed for men with larger legs.

Ordered a pair of chinos and a shirt start of April didn't get shipped till 10th of April and now Royal Mail has not delivered it. Will never be using this company again. Before it was great now it's a joke.

I ordered two different types of cargo trousers but sadly the quality and fit of the first pair was not what I anticipated and the second pair whilst sized and tagged as a 36” waist were in fact incorrectly marked as on measuring I believe they were actually only a 32” so obviously couldn’t get them on.
Clearly the later was a manufacturing issue which I’m sure is not down to this distributor which is a shame as the quality looked good.
Having returned the products just over a week ago I am surprised not to have received an acknowledgement or apology.
I will give this company another try at some point but first will see how long the refund that I asked for takes to be processed.

My fault the size I ordered was too big, trousers impossible to wear, sadly I cut off the label and threw it away si cannot claim a refund.

Overall this site is pretty good I think that the "uptheir" brand is very good quality and they should endeavour to bring in more of these items , don't be like all the other shops selling the same brand and items KAM 555 etc I am not knocking those but please keep being the brand with a better quality offering.
Goods arrive promptly my only niggle is refunds take too long there is no reason for this if dealt with when the goods are returned
