Don't order here. Very bad service.

We ordered 6 chairs, never got a confirmation. After many calls and emails, we finally got an answer from a hotmail adress. They didnt have our chairs but we could cancel and get a refund. Again no information, no email answers, nobody picked up. We reported our issue to Pay Pal, they finally answered and came up with an excuse. I demanded my money, and finally got it back. In total all this took us 3 weeks.

Very bad experience.

ho acquistato 3 sedie non disponibili a magazzino, sono arrivate dopo circa un mese (mi era stato comunicato tale tempistica il giorno dopo l'acquisto, informandomi che avrei ricevuto anche un ulteriore sconto). Lo sconto non è arrivato, ma poco importa, il prodotto è fatto bene e il prezzo ottimo.
Se non si ha troppa fretta secondo me è un ottimo venditore.

I placed an order for 6 DSW chairs back in February. Like many others I was contacted to be told there was a delay and offered either a refund or 20% discount and a new delivery date 4 weeks later. Finally after a lot of bluffing, prompting from me and raising a dispute via Paypal my chairs arrived today! I had a call from the Director, Ricky, to assure me all was ok and the order did actually arrive. Don't despair - keep calling them. I wouldn't order from them again as they seem in total chaos and their customer service is atrocious, but the chairs are nice when they do arrive. I haven't received the 20% discount yet, but let's see...

I have had a very similar experience to a previous customer. Ordered 8 chairs and was then told they had a problem with the supplier and the order would be delayed. Was offered a full refund on the order which I accepted. Over 3 weeks later the money has not been returned to my account. Also, now part of the order has been delivered. Not the full order, just some of the chairs! No explanation. Have tried contacting them and had no response. I had cancelled the order but they have totally ignored that. I want to return the chairs as I ordered from a different supplier when told about the delay, but they are not replying to messages. Not to be trusted. Very dishonest.

Ordered 6 chairs from them. Said they were in stock. After about a week of my order still 'Processing' I emailed them. Once they decided to reply they had told me they had an issue with their supplier and won't have them for another MONTH. They told me they could issue me a full refund or 20% discount to wait. By this point it had already been two weeks, it takes them that long to reply to emails, so I have decided to wait.... still waiting...... I told them that seeing as the chairs are really not in stock they should change their website to out of stock to prevent others from going through what I am, which of course they did not.. guessing because they don't want to lose the business. But they have definitely lost mine and I hope that after reading this you chose not to go with them too.

Vi bestilte 6 DAW chairs fra Bigfactoryoutlet.com mandag Kl 14. Torsdag kl 10 ankom de og de er bare møg lækre !!! De får mine bedste anbefalinger !

The goods were delayed and when I called I could only leave a message and no-one called me back, and when I emailed, no reply. I had to raise a dispute on eBay which eventually prompted their warehouse manager to call me. I must add at this point, they were excellent and the guy had the goods to me the next day. I would buy from them again.

Købte 8 DSW stole i hvid, efter at have mailet frem og tilbage med firmaet. De sendte mig tilmed også ekstra billeder, så jeg bedre kunne se farven på benene. De så rigtig fine ud og jeg bestilte. Der stod at leveringstiden var 4-6 uger, men efter en uge kom stolene, leveret i 3 store kasser hele vejen op på 4. sal.
God service og alt gik efter bogen.

Jeg havde regnet med en leveringstid på 5-6 uger, men der gik præcis én uge. Stolene lever fuldt ud op til forventningerne

I was searching for some chairs for my kitchen table and had always liked Eames designs, however I knew that perhaps the price point for originals was a little rich for me. So some good quality replica's was exactly what I was after and these Eames Eiffel dining chairs did not disappoint.

Durable and stylish and best of all cost effective, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between these and an original design. They were very easy to build, (the white or coloured plastic/resin seat is attached to the four legged base by four simple screws) and once built provided a sturdy and great looking chair!

I love them and I think that this type of design will suit a host of modern or traditional interior spaces. Having lived with them for some time now, I can't recommend them enough. Beautiful design and very stylish!

We did some searching and finally we decided to order two ball chairs from Big Factory Outlet. It turned out to be one of our best decisions! We were quite impress with their service. The chairs came on time as promissed and when we open the boxes we were amazed with the quality of the products, they looked even better than the pictures too! We have them for a few months now, so far not a single problem with them!
