I'm not too good speaking on the phone or sending emails, I heard about BillGenie.ie from you son in law. It is so easy and stress free. Anyone one that as emailed me have being so nice and understanding. All I had to do was sign the contract!
I have no idea what EVERYONE isn't using James, and his team, to save them money! This is my fifth year using their excellent, seamless service to switch providers. They take all the work out of it, all I had to do was save money by signing.

They made contact within a week of the renewal date and the transition to the new supplier was seamless. If it was left to myself I would be inclined to procrastinate. This way job done and just under €300 saved. Happy days.

Straightforward and no nonsense
Straightforward and no nonsense. Hassle free communication, no being placed on hold for hours on end - all I needed to do was to send in my bill, it really was that easy to save over €300 a year. Would highly highly recommend James ans Ishka. Excellent service.

Amazing service
If I had known how easy it was to switch provider, I would of done it alot earlier. Great service, I had changed provider in less then an hour with a significant decrease in the cost.

Brilliant service. Prior to learning of this service, with the best of promises to myself to do so, I never took the time to research the cheapest options available in the market and now realise the savings I lost out on down through the years. Have been a customer with c.3 years and have made significant savings in that short time with no effort or cost on my part and I don't even have to worry about contract expiry date as I get notification from Bill Genie with an outline of all available options. James is extremely professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with and makes switching , where applicable, so easy.
