I can't recommend Bill Genie highly enough. The process was so simple—I just uploaded a photo of my current electricity bill, and they handled everything else. James was incredibly professional and answered all my questions. They even noted my contract end date to contact me next year so I don't revert to higher 'out-of-contract' rates. Truly a hassle-free service.

I have been using Billgenie now for a few years. It’s a great service, they get me the best deal and they do all the work. I don’t even have to think about when my contract is up because they do it for me. Ishka was very easy to deal with, she answered all my questions regarding certain electric companies.

Excellent experience, in little over half an hour from first contact they were back to me with over €250 savings on a single bill.. highly recommend the service and they have confirmed they will be back onto me in a years time to ensure iam not over paying and being taken advantage of on energy bills by energy suppliers

BillGenie - still brilliant & helpful
This is my second year using BillGenie, and the service is still as professional and efficient as the first time. They found a deal for me on my electricity that I couldn't find myself, at a rate to beat all other deals. It is a great piece of mind knowing they will contact each year when my contract is ending so that it doesn't slip my mind.
