Ordered glove over 2 weeks ago still hasn’t shipped. They charged my credit card and will not respond to any emails and the phone number doesn’t work

I think they went out of business, but are still taking orders. Their phone number no longer works, emails are not responded to and nothing ships. But, they'll take your money.

I paid extra for delivery with protection and I still have not received my cue over one month later. No answer to emails. Does not answer the phone even in the limited hours he says we can call for service. This was a $700 gift and the birthday is gone now. Says delivered but no tracking number. The Route App sucks and shows no actual places just a non descript road map. Cannot make a claim as it says in fulfillment. Yet it also says delivered. Its insane and nobody responds to help. WTF Thanks a lot Billiard King.

Customer support is non existent I’ve tried for nine days straight to find when my order will ship no word whatsoever. Save your money go elsewhere this place is awful.

Great products but shipment can be very slow

Don’t order anything from this guy. Must be going out of business. Ordered cues from him in the past. Now he doesn’t ship anything out. Me and a few of his recent customers have been waiting on orders. Guy keeps saying he’s in the er. Talked to him on the phone sounded so intoxicated he couldn’t put together a sentence.

Purchased some products from them a few times in a past, no issues whatsoever but with my last purchase its terrible…. Its been 9 days since order placed and paid in full and its not even shipped. Send a few emails to them but did not hear back. I dont know what happened to their customer service….

Product was not delivered in a timely manner

First of all, it should be obvious to anyone that Billiard King's prices compare favorably to other online retailers. So much so that I initially wondered if something might be missing. I needn't have been concerned. Rich's email responses to my questions about products were promp, clear, and cordial.
There was a moderate delay in shipping due to a temporary staffing issue, but Rich kept me informed every step along the way. And then he included an upgraded case and a few other gifts along with my cue when it shipped. I am not a paid reviewer. I am a satisfied customer who enjoys doing business with friendly, knowledgeable people whose business practices exhibit integrity. In my opinion, you can't go wrong buying from Billiards King.

Easy site to navigate, overall pretty good cues, ordered the Purex HTX6 for $298, free shipping. Received the stick in relatively timely fashion, nicely packaged
