First class experience from Neil and the crew at Billy Bilsland Cycles. From first enquiry to delivery they could not do enough to assist. Phoned for first service and rectify a minor problem they took the bike the same day and ready for collection next morning.

I had a problem with my electric Canondale bike which I was having a problem with it but took it my favourite bike shop where I purchased my Canondale bike and my Canondale electric bike. They not only rectified the fault, but they do not charge me too much money.

The team at Billy Bilsland made me feel so welcome and like nothing was too much trouble.

I spent the weekend looking for a new cycle 2 work scheme bike. On the off chance I popped in to BB Cycles on a Sunday afternoon 30' before closing and Neil and the team could not be more helpful (in contrast to the other bike retailers I visited over the weekend). They made sure the bike I was interested and right for me and insisted on measuring me up for it (15' before closing up). Then by the time cycle 2 work voucher ready they had run out of stock but still managed to get me the bike via their contacts with the manufacturer (sourced in N. Yorkshire). Talk about going the extra mile and their after sales support is excellent.

My shoes were delivered within a few days. Very efficient service.
