Never eaten your biltong. Never plan to. Not after your walking billboard aggressively barked "get off your phone and MOVE" in a train station this morning.

When I told him to relax, he escalated. Apparently the concept of patience didn't make it into his morning routine. He had Biltong Boss plastered across his back, so congratulations, your brand is now associated with road rage on foot

I'm South African myself and genuinely embarrassed. The stereotype is braai, banter and being chilled. Not power-walking through Paddington like a man possessed and intimidating strangers. One star. Solely for the accidental comedy of it all.

I bought some jerky and biltong from London outside Euston station about 5 years ago and I looved it, it was amazing and so flavourful and none has compared but iv not been back to London since.

I was so happy when I saw some on Amazon and instantly got some ready for when I had my operation. There was an issue with Amazon sending me the wrong flavour which I didn't realise until I ate some last night which made me a bit poorly ( there was also 2 labels on the bag for both original and chilli) Amazon didn't really care and gave me my refund and said it's a third party seller so it's not their problem so I emailed biltong boss directly to make them aware I got chilli not original and that it had 2 labels on it as I was worried someone with an allergy might get the wrong product.

Their customer service was amazing, they responded quickly, advised that their products are fulfilled by Amazon and have their own stock to fulfil it. But they would talk to them and in the meantime offered to replace my bad bag with a new one and wished me a speedy recovery.

This has made me super impressed with this company. That they cared enough to listen to my email, to talk to Amazon, to replace an item which they didn't have to do and offer me a a speedy recovery.

I will definitely be buying more biltong but this time direct from the source not Amazon 😂

All I can say is thanks for ruining shop bought biltong for us! Bought in Barnes market today and it is the freshest wholesome most tasty biltong we’ve ever had! Literally don’t know how I can eat any other biltong after this! The flavour brought back so many lovely memories! We will be ordering in bulk from you guys!

Bought outside Euston Station. £13 for 200g of biltong. Far too salty dry but greasy! Had to spit out first mouthful. Will stick with Savanna. Absolute waste of money!

Bought some droëwors. More expensive than your competitors at £13 for 200gram, which is fine as it is an expensive product to make.
But the taste wasn’t there.
Taste a bit dry when I bit into it. Afterwards, way too much mouthfat feel.

Also way to many extra ingredients into product. What is genetically modified organisms???

Bought traditional beef biltong (£13) which tasted like it had ketchup in it. Lots of fatty pieces of meat, not happy and very overpriced. The bad reviews are correct, please do not waste your money, as this is seemingly a nomadic stall, you will have already parted with your hard earned money before having the chance to read any reviews.

I agree with the last reviewer. Am also from S.Africa. I purchased a pack of Drywors and Biltong at Euston market. Drywors were salty and texture was not great. Biltong was vinegary. Customer service was really great, but taste was not. Wont be returning will stick with Savanna in Kings cross and Biltong shop in Embankment. Didnt taste authentic, maybe made by a UK company.

I just came back from a one day trio to London and there was a market stall just outside Kings Cross station.I bought a packet if droewors and very disappointed. Was looking forward to finishing the pack after a long day. I'm not so sure about these reviews and reviews on their website.I am born and bred South african "Boer" and this is the worse droewors I have taste.No flavour, looks and tastes like mushy processed meat.Terrible,wasted £11.Had one piece and binned the rest.

Can you sing the praises of a company enough? Not at all but I will give it a go.
I have been a loyal customer of biltong boss for the past few years from their time as Meat Boss and they have never disappointed me! Honestly, give their biltong a taste, it will blow your mind. This coupled with excellent personal customer support when there is any question, these guys deserve every praise in the book!
Keep up the great work and I can't wait to continue ordering from you guys!
