Dont like running out of product

Dont like running out of product, they need to change the shipper to many issues to mention. I’m happy with the product, just don’t like the shipper they use. Currently I’m still waiting for my shipment.

Love it

Great experience

I really do enjoy the product. The customer service was also excellent. I’m tight on money right now and I’d forgotten about my subscription. I asked for a refund/cancellation and they immediately did it. So grateful they understand and were able to.

Disappointing experience overall

Disappointing experience overall. The product did not meet expectations and the subscription management process was unclear and frustrating. I would have liked much more transparency and a smoother customer experience. Do not recommend

Damaged package and customer service issue.

I received a severely damaged package that created a mess on my front porch as well as a mess in my kitchen. I contacted Biocol via email lead in the evening before I went to bed. My email was direct and concerning, because it wasn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with a delivery from Biocol. With a matter of a couple of hours, a representative responded and a new shipment had been sent. They also fix the issue from the previous shipment that didn’t go well. I challenged them to do better with their customer service and they did.

I ordered from Biocol at the beginning…

I ordered from Biocol at the beginning of February. The first shipment was lost in transit so another one was sent out. That one was held at the border for customs fees but, I was never notified about outstanding customs, either by Customs, the courier or the company. So, the order was returned to Biocol. All I can say is that, if you live in Canada, you may want to reconsider because it's March 31st and I was refunded for the order, never to receive the items I ordered and needed.

We made three attempts to get your products to you and even tried to cover the customs duties on your behalf — but unfortunately Canadian customs requirements meant the parcels couldn't be released without payment, and the last shipment was already past the window for us to intervene.

We understand this is frustrating, and we're sorry we couldn't do more. A full refund has been issued, and we're actively working on improving our shipping process to Canada to prevent this from happening again. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

I am satisfied user

For 3 months now I am a satisfied user of the Biomarker transformation protocol in combination with the Fatty liver protocol. I am using both at the same time to reduce my IBS flairs and reduce cholesterol which I have seen in my last bloodwork. I have decreased both Inflammation markers and cholesterol. Excited to keep seeing the results after 6 months!

I have been taking Biomarker…

I have been taking Biomarker transformative Protocol for 2 months and I have been feeling more energy and fell less heavy. My digestion has improved and my sleep pattern has been more stable feeling less anxious during the day. I will continue using it!

Good and quick service.
Instructions are clear of usage of supplements, and supplements are easy to take helping me feel fitter and better. It is all about maintenance and avoiding any issue later in life.

Terrible shipping

I ordered and it took about 6 weeks for the product to “arrive”, however I never received it. Before it arrived I received an email that my second monthly subscription was already on its way. The shipping company they use is terrible, no notifications and no way to tell where they delivered it to. Thankfully the customer service was quick to reply and provide refunds.
