Bizify Avis 

I needed help with my email service (that I paid bizify for), and could only get automated/ai responses.

This company is bull. I have tried 4 times to get in contact with someone but they will not reply.

Stay clear of bizify. Nothing but issues
Do not get them to host your domains, emails or anything.

I paid for the express service because I needed my ABN immediately. The express service guarantees 'it's done in 15 minutes or your money back' ...4 hours later I received my ABN and when I asked about the refund based on their guarantee I was told 'that's only during working hours'. I highlighted that there was no terms and conditions linked to that guarantee and if that's the case it should be removed as an option when ordering but the customer service person was very unhelpful. Never got my refund.

Worked for a year, now my email service no longer works, try calling the number displayed on their website and no one picks up. Starting to think they are no longer in business.

You pay for a free service? It costs nothing to register for an ABN and these shysters charge you for it - I'd guess every high review is by an automated bot as well. Go straight to the ATO and sort it your self, free of charge

The initial setup was fine, but when my website was ready to go live, that's when the problems started. Bizifys call centre and tech company is outsourced. You cannot get direct tech support, you can only try to explain the problem to the call centre and they will log it with tech
Often I'd ring the call centre and get an answering machine!. How can this be a Business to Business service with an answering machine!!
Our direct contact in Australia was often unavailable and again, could only log tasks to be fixed through their outsourced tech company. We have been going round in circles for nearly 2 weeks. i cant do any business. I've missed important supplier emails and my clients haven't received my emails!!
There is NO WAY I'd recommend this company!! I'm switching!!

To deal with whatever department is generally very stressful - and with tax departments in other countries even more so.
It was a pleasant surprise having been serviced efficiently and fast by Bizify and would be great if other departments could follow suit.

User friendly.

My experience with Bizify, was a breeeze, the filling out of all information online was an easy, painless task, as it's all pretty straight forward...
Bizify, mean what they say when they say "service is a 24hr turn around" it's true, and l had my ABN within 20hrs to be exact....
