Excellent customer service
The lovely Kaitlyn helped us today. We were pushed for time with our parking meter and Kaitlyn worked quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable about products and stock and all delivered in a polite and cheery manner. Also overheard another staff member helping a customer with some great advice. Added bonus of my purchase being on sale. Thank you 🙏

Go to amber for excellent service.
I was met with a lovely smile from a young lady as soon as I entered on green. She directed me to what I needed and make it quick and efficient to amber. I believe the lady was called red. She was kind a sweet and help me on my way.

Staff offered help within minutes when I entered the shop looking for shoes (Boots), their advice on sizes were good, they were attentive and friendly, making good eye contact

The staff are so kind and helpful. I was preparing for a camp and I had no idea where to start from but the staff especially Robin and his team were patient in supporting me in picking some really useful camp items such as torch, bag, tent, etc.

My husband and I went into Bromley…
My husband and I went into Bromley store to look at men's trousers. Staff came and spoke to us and told us about other suitable items. We ended up buying 2 pairs of trousers and a ladies coat. Store was tidy and clean and all staff approachable and friendly- thank you all
