After being caught out, yet again, by the great Hull weather, I was thankful to receive great service from Jess at the Jameson Street store. Friendly and professional, she listened to my needs and budget, and got me precisely what I was looking for. If that interaction is the standard, I'll be more than happy to shop there again.

Nothing was too much trouble
We called in to buy summer holiday clothing in mid September. Despite most of the summer stock having been put in the store room the lovely chap who works there went rooting around for what we needed and we were able to get what we needed. 1st class service and a very friendly and patient approach.

Helpful staff
Ethan was quite helpful and patient with me when I couldn’t decide which hiking boot I wanted. I tried a few different options and we discussed the pros and cons of each and I eventually ended up with a comfortable and warm pair that should see me through a few seasons 😊
