Blaiklock International Ltd Avis

We have just used Blaiklock for the first time for a shipment from a factory in the Czech Republic We changed shipper after experiencing lots of damage with DB Schenker who we had used for many years but had a lot of recent issues with.
Scarlett was really helpful and quick at providing a competitive quote, I was a little concerned after initially placing the order with Blaiklock as the next booking agent was a little over-zealous about the exact dimensions of everything, which is a little difficult when we are not the shipper, and it was not something that was too much of a concern with previous shipper, however he was just doing his job and ensuing everything was in order and correct.
The service from Blaiklock was refreshingly good and they kelp me well informed at each stage of the shipment and most importantly the goods arrived On-Time and in perfect condition.
I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them again. Well done Scarlett

Terry was really helpful and friendly from the beginning and was very understanding when I had a lot of questions. Would recommend.

Definitely recommend this company! Super friendly people always available to help and always striving to offer advice and the best and quickest service!

Very helpful and friendly team. Clear information on scope and procedures. Fast processing of T1, MRN and other related documents.

Have used these guys for customs delivery work out of Heathrow Airport and find them excellent and communication top form.
Was introduced to them by my Chinese agent.

As a private person I had acquired goods in the UK, and wanted to travel back by train to the EU with them myself. So I needed a company for the paperwork (customs clearance) only. From the very beginning, Terry and Luke replied fast and adequately to all my questions, whereas some other companies didn’t even bother to answer at all, or wrote I would need some additional document, which appeared not to be the case. Blaiklock also checked during the trip that everything was okay and made things easy for me. I appreciate their service and help very much and can only recommend them.

Very informative, explained everything clearly, turned the paperwork around quickly and made the whole import experience simple!

Terry was helpful, prompt and we will be using this service again.

Great service. Perfect communication.
Answered on all of my questions straight away and make my clearance very fast.
Definitely will use again and recommended for all of the people that need custom clearance help!
Thanks a lot

I thought I lost a box but due to Luke and Terry's efforts to pinpoint the problem, we located it. By doing this they sent me a photograph of the shipment as sent from their depot, and it was the exact shipment I recieved. My missing box was eventually found at my friends house and was not even part of the shipment, My fault!

Very knowledgeable guys, and they actually call you back… very rare in the 21st century!!

Terry, Luke, Charlie and the whole team is very helpful. I am still very inexperienced with exports, and they are always there to explain, help and even if there are some difficulties with the shipment, they are right on the case and sort it out. Their customer service is excellent, and their prices very competitive. I am looking forward to work with them for long years.

Terry and Luke helped us out on our first custom declaration for our removal company . They were very considerate of all our newbie questions and successfully provided us with all the necessary documentation for our cargo . Efficient and very responsive highly recommended!!

Staff are friendly ,they respond timely.I was calling everyday for a week and each time Terry was so polite and professional. He helped me with the importation of my EU so smooth. This company handles each assignment as if it was their only piece of business nonmatter how small it was. Top Customs Agents.I will certainly recommend Blaiklock to anyone any day.

Shipment to the US from the UK was organised very quickly, and communication from the courier to ourselves was instant.

We are a import and export company based in Uk. Worked many shipping companies before but have never been fully satisfied. We would definitely recommend Blaiklock as their prices very competitive and they provide high quality of customer services.

Great Personal service; Speedy replies to a novice importer; will be returning. Terry did sterling work.

Excellent service! Terry and Luke explained the whole process and made the transaction very easy as a result. Definitely recommend!
