I was sent the wrong size lids, the thermos that I received did not look at all like the one on the website and was not as big as described. I was told I could return them without a processing fee however I have only been refunded for three lids. That is $13 out of a $50 return. I have tried to get a hold of people at the company have not gotten an answer after the initial return. Not very happy with this company.

The lid on both bottles I bought constantly are stuck!
I contacted the company and can’t believe they want a video of me trying to open it. I offered to send them back for testing but..No.
They play the warranty “run around” until you give up..
Junk cups with plastic materials incompatibility issues…they aren’t interested in fixing the issue…just stalling until you give up. Caveat Emptor..Beware

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

*** I never used the containers in question put of my house. In fact they never were used. I put powder in it but I never used it. I had discovered that I was allergic to whey! So the only thing I used few times was the bottle itself not the little storage containers. These containers was what was CRACKING by themselves without anything to do with me. They sat on a SHELF! Yet the CSR that wrote back said normal wear and tear is not covered under their 😆AMAZING😆 warranty…. What warranty joke. What wear and tear. I never used it at all. If you’re telling me. I pit powder into a container and then close the lid and let it sit about 6 months untouched and then come to find out the little edges that keeps the stack all locked together CRACKED on its own. Is wear and tear. Then we have bigger issues. Your containers were MADE to be screwed together yes? More than once or twice? Yes? So if that’s the case it should not break like that yes? Cuz mine wasn’t even twice. It was never. 😂 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BRAND OF ITEMS. THERE ARE OTHERS COMPLAINING EXACT SAME THING and they get the same canned reply. In fact it was identical to the email I got.

Anyways. Here’s what happened :

I had one bottle just this year. The other bottle is from about 2-3 years ago. All bottle containers showing the same fracture in the plastic and IT IS NOT FROM USING THEM! I had a scoop of powder in two of them. And never even used it. But the other two was empty. And 3 of 4 break on their own. It was never used. I went to go use them tonight. And empty the powder from wherever out, and I saw that it looked weird the cap. And then I saw the others all had it. Except for one of the purple ones. And when you touch it and lift you can see the plastic is slightly still attached. It’s not from twisting on and off. The angle of all the breaks are the same. 45 degrees. And it’s middle of the grooves. So it’s not from misaligning it. Can’t even figure out why it would break like that. But for the price I paid for these I expected more. And the bottles themselves are not cracking. So it makes you wonder if the caps are made with lesser quality plastic?

I find them to be great size and easy to clean even dishwasher the bottles clean and air dry very well. And they definitely do not leak. Which is amazing. And the colors they come in lets you enjoy a color that speaks to you. Or. Matches your outfit or mood.

most terrible customer service i've ever experienced! we had two bottles from them. the bottles themselves are ok, but the lids don't last. i bought two replacement lids form their website - they were defective out of the box. one was somewhat working, the other one was leaking terribly. we kind of went on like this for a couple of months, then decided to just buy two more replacement lids - and guess what, they were both defective again. the rubber rings are either too small or too large, can't get them on properly, and the bottles leak as a result. now 4 defective lids (plus twice shipping cost!) was just too much, and i contacted their CS. they made me jump through all hoops (describe the problem, take a picture, make a video) and then stated that this is "not covered by the warranty" and then proceeded to ghost me. i can't believe they get away with this!

I use blender bottles daily to mix up my Almased protein shake. I think it's great. It's functional, portable and leak-free. Plus, I can put it in the dishwasher without worry that it'll melt. I only wish that it came out in stainless steel, so the liquid stays cold for hours at a time.

I recently purchased several products from "BlenderBottle" and promptly requested an official invoice with my name from their online store. This documentation is crucial for me, as it is often required during travel or when sending items to my home country, Turkey. Despite multiple emails and communications, the company has refused to provide the official invoice. I do not understand their reluctance; providing an invoice should be a standard procedure upon customer request.

The lack of cooperation has been frustrating. All companies worldwide provide invoices—it is a fundamental consumer right. How can I ensure my rights after a purchase if I can't even obtain proof of what I have bought? It's unreasonable for the customer service, especially Mr. Justice, to expect that a screenshot of the order from their website should suffice.

This issue has persisted since April 16, 2024, and remains unresolved. It's essential for companies to recognize that providing an invoice is not an optional service but a basic obligation to their customers.

Ich habe mit Bestellnummer 81204 unter anderem einen ProStak® PRO 22oz | 650ml Black bestellt in 2023.

Nun ist Anfang März 2024 nach normaler Benutzung der Deckel gerissen und eine Benutzung ist so gut wie unmöglich, da durch den Riss beim Schütteln bzw. Trinken Wasser austritt.

Am 06.03.2024 habe ich den Kundenservice das erste Mal per E-Mail kontaktiert. Nach einigen Tagen ohne Rückmeldung die Servicehotline angerufen und nachgefragt. Man versicherte mir, dass sich sehr zeitnah jemand telefonisch bei mir melden wird. Ein Rückruf oder eine Antwort auf meine Erinnerung per E-Mail ist bis heute nicht erfolgt!

Da Blenderbottle auf Ihrer .com Homepage mit einer lebenslangen Garantie unter anderem auf gebrochen Deckel wirbt, habe ich auch dort per E-Mail angefragt. Dort kam sehr vorbildlich innerhalb von 2 Tagen eine schriftliche Rückmeldung. Leider ist man dort nicht für Deutschland zuständig und kann mir nicht weiterhelfen.

Ach ja, der Telefonservice meinte dann noch lapidar, eventuell war der Mitarbeiter ja im Urlaub. Wer kennt es nicht, ein Mitarbeiter geht in den Urlaub und der komplette Service steht einfach mal für Tage bzw. Wochen still....

Die Produkte sind an sich gut, aber im Servicefall oder Retourenfall wird man hier auf taube Ohren stoßen, daher kann ich jedem nur davon abraten bei Blenderbottle EU zu bestellen.

Ich dachte anfangs all die negativen Bewertungen bezüglich BlenderBottle bzw vor allem zum Kundenservice sind mit Vorsicht zu genießen . Leider musste ich auch schlechte Erfahrungen machen. Obwohl ich meine BlenderBottle überwiegend mit der Hand abwusch und sie nur teilweise bei geringer Temperatur in die Spülmaschine kam musste ich relativ bald feststellen, dass auch meine BlenderBottle undicht wurde. Der Deckel lies sich trotz mehrmaligen Versuchen und egal wie ich es anstellte nicht mehr gescheid draufschrauben, sodass immer ein Spalt, welcher auch sichtbar war, zurückblieb und sobald ich sie nicht mehr senkrecht hielt sie auslief.
Ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice, diese wollten Fotos und meine Anschrift. Ich schickte ihnen die Fotos auf denen der Defekt deutlich erkennbar war. Das ist jetzt mehr als 4 Wochen her , keine Antwort einfach nichts . Schade , werde von dem Produkt Abstand nehmen und nun kann ich die schlechten Bewertungen sehr wohl verstehen denn guter Kundenservice schaut definitiv anders aus.

Mir geht es wie den Nutzern der anderen Bewertungen dieses Unternehmens. Meine Radian Thermo Edelstahl Flasche ist nicht ordentlich dicht. Sämtliche im Haushalt vorhandene Radian-Deckel sitzen nicht 100%ig gerade auf der Edelstahlflasche. Auf mehrfache Reklamationsversuche per E-Mail (19.09. sowie 28.09.2023) habe ich jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten. Finger weg von diesem Onlineshop!

Jetzt schon mehrfach versucht support anzuschreiben, nie eine Antwort erhalten bei defekter Bottle. Habe auf Amazon und direkt bestellt, Amazon leitet auf die USA Seite die mir natürlich nicht helfen kann, warum das dann bei Amazon nicht geht, versteht kein Mensch und die EU Seite meldet sich einfach nicht, grottiger geht es nicht 👎👎👎

Ich habe eine defekte Bottle erhalten und mich an den Kundendienst gewendet. Mails werden ignoriert und am Telefon wird man nur vertröstet, da der zuständige Mitarbeiter scheinbar nie erreichbar ist. Warte seit einem Monat auf Rückruf von ihm. Zudem ist die Verbindung am Telefon so schlecht, dass man kaum etwas versteht. In der Firma gibt es scheinbar keinen Kundendienst, wirklich enttäuschend!!

AUF GAR KEIN FALL HIER KAUFEN, habe mir 2 bottle geholt und 1 deckel davon ist jetzt kaputt, der support antwortet nicht mehr und werde ignoriert.

Ich kann nur jedem abraten hier zu bestellen.
Meine beiden BlenderBottle Radian Shaker sind nach kurzer Zeit an der gleichen Stelle kaputt gegangen. Dann habe ich nochmal dort die Ersatzdeckel und andere Flaschen bestellt. Die anderen Flaschen haben mir überhaupt nicht gefallen und wollte sie umtauschen. Eine Antwort auf meine E-Mail von Blender Bottle kam einfach nicht, erst nachdem ich einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet habe. Auf eigene Kosten habe ich die Flaschen zurück geschickt.
Ich warte seit über einem Monat auf mein Geld, obwohl sie angeblich schon eine Rückzahlung gemacht hätten.
GANZ GANZ SCHRECKLICHER KUNDENSERVICE und die Qualität ist auch noch schlecht!

Ich besitze insgesamt zwei BlenderBottle Radian Thermobottles. Nach jedem Schütteln und anschließendem öffnen der Bottle suppt es unter dem Verschluss hervor. Wohlgemerkt fülle ich die Bottle nur mit stillem Mineralwasser gemischt mit Pulver eines führenden Gaming Booster Herstellers. Regelmäßig dreht sich aufgrund des quasi nicht vorhandenem Gewinde der Deckel falsch rauf, beim Schütteln dann spritzt alles raus. Solch horrende Preise für ein billiges Chinaprodukt zu verlangen finde ich persönlich schon dreist! Auch sagt es einiges über das Unternehmen aus, wenn eine negative Bewertung auf der Herstellerseite nicht veröffentlich wird! Wer gerne viel Geld für billigen Kram ausgibt ist bei BlenderBottle genau richtig!

BlenderBottle’s limited lifetime warranty is the real deal. After two years of using the same bottle daily, the spout developed a small crack. I contacted BlenderBottle, and they sent me a new lid!

Definitiv die qualitativ besten Shaker auf dem Markt. TOP. Leider hat das auch seinen Preis. Aber ich denke die Teile sind auch fast unkaputtbar und werden lange halten. Somit ok!

Bought this for my boyfriend. Looks great, sturdy plastic, however if you shake it too much it does leak a bit. Boyfriend says it leaks from the edges in occasion. He hasn't tried the attachments he also heard those leak. Maybe I should have read more reviews. So far as a after bottle it serves it's purpose.
