Bliss cars have been absolute amazing, dropped me and my sister to and from reading festival with no problems the drivers are so polite and so friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to miss your train and have your plans disrupted, and we sincerely apologise for the impact this had on your day.
This matter has been escalated to higher management, and the staff on shift at the time are currently being investigated. Reliability is at the heart of our service, and we are deeply disappointed that we did not meet that standard on this occasion.
Unfortunately, the vehicle allocated to your booking suffered a sudden breakdown. At that early hour, all our other drivers were pre-booked and already en route to other jobs. Our controller did try to arrange an alternative car, but sadly it did not match your timing requirements.
Please be assured that we take feedback like yours very seriously and are committed to ensuring this does not happen again. We always aim to keep our customers happy, and it’s clear we fell short this time.

Superb ride from Heathrow to home in Reading
Absolutely recommended this driver, very polite, flexible and very kind. He came on time, asked about flights and had good chat while going back to home.
Car was really good, clean and hygienic. I’ll use him again for the transport.

Ashan (driver 786) picked me up from the airport on time, had the vehicle set up in a very comfortable way with lots of leg room. Explained how I could turn on the massaging seats and control the temperature. I enjoyed talking with him on my journey.

Client entertaining!
We booked a return journey from Reading to Chichester via Farnham. This was to take our clients down to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The feedback from our clients was that the car was immaculate and the driver was polite and friendly. Can't ask for more really. Will definitely use again in the future.
