Hannah in the accounts department gave me a very comprehensive reply to my service charge account queries. Hannah’s responses, via email, were fast and comprehensive. Hannah’s professionalism is appreciated.

Blocsphere are so helpful, they are really friendly but most importantly they respond so quickly with everything you need support with. They really stand out as superior to most management companies.

Free from the clutches of Blocsphere Property Management. This is a short follow-up review for interested parties. Two elderly and dear friends of mine found themselves under the yoke of these jokers. As neither is computer literate I'm posting this on their behalf. It was a horrible and intimidating experience spread out over 2 years. It included no stop letters and legal threats to a retired couple in their 70's. Shocking I know, but that did not stop Blocsphere Property Management from barraging them with endless threats and legalese B.S. The irony here is while money is obviously foremost on their minds; little or no work was undertaken on the property in question. A rather odd business model - no?
The joyful news is - the couple in question as well as the whole block of residents decided to take on the beast, eventually bringing them down with a terrific crash. So in summary: small, quiet block of peaceable residents (1) - Blocsphere Property Management (Nil). For those out there, having to deal with their ‘services’, challenge ‘and thou will be rewarded’ (and vindicated). By the way, you’ll notice reviews of Blocsphere Property Management are highly polarised, that in itself is telling! When no middle ground is seen, you need to decide which of the two parties are more likely to be telling the truth, those giving or those receiving. I leave it to readers to decide.

A 5 Star company that has made our block of 23 flats easy to manage. We now comply to all the current laws and feel safe in Blocspher's hands.

Blocsphere always go out of there was to solve any issues. They have great systems and processes that make my life so much easier.

My stepdaughter owns a flat in London 'managed' by Blocsphere. For months she has attempted to get someone to look at damp. Her experience has been a series of broken promises and fob-offs with 'it's a matter for the freeholder'. NO; Blocsphere is paid to sort this stuff out by the freeholder. If Blocsphere wants to reply I can give more information and we can attempt to build some bridges and restore its awful reputation.

I absolutely love working for Blochsphere property management. We have cleaning the communal areas in Gravesend for two years now and the building is always kept up to date. They have recently painted the whole building and it looks absolutely great.
