Great storage units. Easy but secure access. Easy online booking. Videos of the units are available online and helped answer questions we had. The team answered all our other questions promptly and were very helpful.

The storage unit was clean
The storage unit was clean, exactly as described, and perfect for my needs.
It was easy to book on the website, and although I encountered a minor glitch when uploading ID, a phone call sorted it out immediately. In fact, the phone support is brilliant.

We are in the process of moving house.
Starting to panic as to where everything is going to go, we decided to use Blue Bear, what a relief, service was excellent, and so easy, we can now move stuff in the interim, and decide later whats coming and whats going.
Units are spotless and very secure highly recommended..

Blueberry self storage was good from…
Blueberry self storage was good from the word go we had trouble logging on their website to book a place but when we rang up the Man at the other end help us immensely took his time. I’m very patient process was relatively easy to get in to the store centre through their code. I sent us was straightforward very happy with the service very happy with the site.

Great experience, very helpful staff
Great experience, booked our first ever storage unit before we move house and Harry made it as easy as possible for us. Helped with a guided tour or the unit we were interested in them the size up incase it wasn't enough. Will definitely recommend BlueBear in future to anyone looking for storage

Outstanding Storage
Everything so easy, the booking, online staff so friendly and helpful. The container is very clean, the yard is tidy and easy to drive around, also gate operators from your vehicle on your phone 🤩 so glad we chose Blue Bear, very happy.

Easy to use
First experience of self storage but very easy to setup, get in and use. App for the gates, unit ready, lock provided and all good value especially with the spring sale they had.
Cheltenham specific - it’s a shame the doors on the first floor units don’t open the other way round so have to walk past, open and come back in but that’s picky.
Jackie was friendly on the phone to help me sort the booking.
