We are concerned when a customer is not 100% happy with our service. I have now investigated the points you have raised and can confirm the following:
Due to being supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer regulations, we are required to obtain certified proof of ID and address from our customers. Unfortunately I have ascertained that you were not able to satisfy our ID requirements in this instance.
With regards to the delay in corresponding with us, I note that we responded within 1 working day, which is longer than our usual timescales and for which we apologise.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Blue Square have been really good over the years, they have consistently delivered an accurate call forwarding service which has helped me and my clients run our business more effectively.

Needed to solve the problem of changing registered office address
Needed to solve the problem of registered office address of my ltd company as I have have relocated from Scotland to England and finding it difficult until I came across blue square office through a search. Since then, I have my rest as they can forward my mails to me in England.

Poor Set Up and Customer Service …
7 days after I paid for the service Blue Square Offices provide, and after I was told everything was set up, I received an email saying my services where suspended as I had not send proof of identity. I of course sent the information within 30 minutes of receiving the email. I am now waiting for the services that I have paid to be restored. Very very disappointed.

We are concerned when a customer is not 100% happy with our service. I have investigated the points you have raised and can confirm the following:
Upon purchasing our products and services you were sent a request to provide ID and proof of address for all officers within the company. Unfortunately, this was only provided for one officer and was left outstanding for another.
This led to the service remaining as paused. We cannot activate an address service without satisfying our ID checks due to our tight money laundering regulations. We have spoke personally and an offer was made to extend your services for a month. to compensate for any lost time however, this was turned down and an agreement to terminate the service was concluded.
Please do accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by this matter and if you do require any assistance in the future, please do get in touch with myself.

5* Registered Office & mail handling
I have used Blue Square offices for many years for my registered office and for my mailing. No issues and whenever I’ve ever needed to call the office, they have always been very helpful and prompt to check for mail that I’ve been specifically waiting on. Much better experience than my other registered office I had used in the past years ago. Thankyou
