Easy process from start to finish.

This was so simple to use, they collected when they said they would (very polite guy) full payment made promptly, could not fault them.

Could be improved. Collection drivers give you half hour warning of collection. No text links I was sent, to any company worked when I used the links. I was not paid the full amount agreed. Admittedly it was only a pound less. But why was a pound deducted anyway? I rang companies connected with this deal, and sat on the phone for 10 minutes, and could not get through. In short. Customer service provided is a basic minimum, its just a transaction. Nothing more.

I recently needed to scrap a car due to age and failed MOT. BMS were excellent. I received instructions on how to proceed as I had absolutely no idea. Their e mails and calls gave me easy to follow instructions. I picked the day and they arrived at 8am prompt. The guy that took the car was lovely, professional and extremely efficient. He guided us through the paperwork and then took the car off our hands. Within a few hours we received confirmation and payment.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position. It was seamless.
