Absolutely terrible customer service.
I placed an order and heard nothing for over 2 weeks despite chasing them for a shipping update. After repeatedly chasing for an update, I was finally told that one of the pairs I ordered was out of stock. Had I been told this when the issue was first known, I would have simply adjusted my order.
Instead, after waiting so long and receiving no communication, I purchased alternative shoes elsewhere and immediately requested a refund.
My 15 refund requests emails and service requests were then ignored. 5 days after multiple refund requestings asking for cancellation, I received a shipping notification showing both pairs had suddenly been dispatched, including the pair I had just been told was unavailable.
I have now sent multiple emails trying to resolve the situation and continue to struggle to get a response.
The issue isn’t the shoes. It’s the lack of communication, contradictory information, and the amount of time I’ve had to spend chasing updates that should have been proactively provided.
This has genuinely been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.
Bobux has gone down, unreliable, costly, no customer service
Sadly the time has come to write a negative review about Bobux.
Through the years, I bought Bobux shoes for my daughter and I was very happy with the quality of the shoes and the style. Sadly, customer service has gone down year after year and is now almost inexistant.
I bought two pairs of shoes early May, one pair of sneakers and one pair of open shoes both I-Walk size 26 with free delivery as my order was above £50 (Pricey shoes!). The sneakers fitted perfectly (my daughter already owned a size 25 that became too small). The open shoes were way too big, like 2 sizes up!
I contacted customer services to return the shoes and get advice on what to do. They told me to return the pair at my own expense (not great!). I asked to get a swap for a smaller size or a different model in size 26. They told me to buy another pair as they don't do size swap (they don't want to pay for delivery). So I did order another pair with delivery at my own expense. 22nd May my order arrives just a day before holidays planned in the sun and the pair of open shoes is once again too big!
I contacted customer service quite unhappy having no open shoes for the holidays despite planning my purchase well in advance and having spent money on delivery and surely on return again! I asked for a refund and for the delivery/return to be reimbursed as I did not get any advice on getting the shoes that would fit my daughter (are teh open shoes always sizing big at Bobux? surely they should know and inform their customer? Or get their sizing right and consistent across all types of shoes right?).
I got an incendiary email back from Bobux with CAPITAL LETTERS on certain words they wanted hammer back at me and got told off and lectured for getting the size wrong. They agreed to send me a return for free but it's now been a week I have been waiting for that return label to be shared with me. I suspect they are waiting for me to be too late to return the shoes.
They only deserve a bad review and for all current and future potential customers to be aware of how badly they treat their customers.
AVOID THEM!!!

UPDATE: A couple of days later they sent me a return label. I queued at my local post office to send the pair of shoes back, all to be told by the post office that the label actually doesn't work for returns...it's a complete joke!

Used to be amazing. I purchased all shoes (school patent shoes, trainers, urban boots etc) for my two children there for several years with no problem and they held beautifully. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill for the past two years, which seems to have happened when they went bankrupt and got bought out. There is never any stock in the sizes we need. The school shoe selection is now non-existent. I wrote to customer service to know if this was a temporary issue but got no response and seeing the other reviews it seems there is now no customer service to speak of anymore. A shame as they used to be wonderful and it was so helpful to have a trusted brand you can just buy the next size up in. Would love for them to let us know when they turn it around as I'd happily come back. But for now I've taken my business elsewhere.

Awful customer service i would avoid
I bought a couple pairs of shoes back in February. I returned a pair and have been struggling to get a response from customer service regarding my refund.
I have emailed multiple times but no one replies. Absolutely shocking given how much the shoes cost. At this point, I’m not sure how to get my refund.
The shoes themselves are well made and of good quality. A shame about customer service.

Please be aware of scam!
Please be aware! They don't respond on refund enquiries despite sending back a £50-60 shoes! They don't engage in the customer service email or contact form on their website. This is a scam!

Very poor company, poor customer service, they don’t offer returns, and dont expect a reply from customer service before the end of the world. Clearly a company that hasn’t advanced with time. I won’t ever use them again and i will make sure people know.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. I purchased a pair of Bobux sandals from a local shop (which has since closed), and they fell apart in under four months. I contacted Bobux directly, provided proof of purchase, images of the box and the damaged sandals, but was told they couldn’t help because the shoes weren’t bought directly from them.
I wasn’t expecting a refund, but I did expect a reasonable solution—like offering a replacement or at least inspecting the faulty product. Instead, they offered 20% off my next purchase, which I declined due to the poor quality and even worse customer service.
I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend their products.

Really poor company. Their behavior made me think they were a scam firm. Seems like they take orders and can't fulfil them, possibly hoping people forget to chase them for a refund.
After a week of chasing them across email and social media, they claimed the items ordered were out of stock and that they had emailed to tell me that. They had not sent an email and they had not refunded the order.
I am still waiting for a refund.

Personally I would have declined both pairs because both girls wanted the same winter shoes.

Non existent customer service
Daylight robbery - No Shoes, No Money.
I really wish I'd read these reviews before spending £120 on shoes that I wont get. I purchased 2 pairs of boots from the company and while paying through Paypal an old delivery address was pulled through - I noticed immediately and contacted Bobux via their contact form as well as via email thinking it wouldnt be a problem and they'd update the billing address.
5 days later - the responses are so few and far between ( less than 1 per day) with a real 'computer says no attitude' that the shoes have now been delivered to the wrong address with no way of me getting them back.
Customer service is absolutely appalling with no view of helping and supporting the customer.
Suggest you go elsewhere for expensive children's shoes even when trying to do the right thing and work with an small business.

Really poor. They are not cheap and 2 pairs practically fell apart. Stitching came out and the front part came away on both.

And guess what? They don’t include the item code on your order confirmation, neither electronic or digital so have to check in their web-site and hope for the best that my return would work
