As a small business owner, you can feel less important or troublesome by large corperation companies for their services. Hira in BOI Payment Acceptance was a breath of fresh air! We had an issue where Hira took it all onboard and got it sorted in a professional speedy manner. Nothing was a problem, she made me feel our custom was valued by BOI PA and she was so professional and pleasant. Not the usual 45 minute wait to to be answered by a call centre with low moral, not caring or calling back. Mira gave me her direct line number with intant support but most of of all did everthing she said you would do, regarding call backs, taking care of my issue and going over an beyond my expectations.
