Bolt Insight Avis 

Bolt insight is a scam they allow you to finish the survey and then indicate that you don’t qualify for it, but you have already done with their survey. It is just a waste of a person s time.

I have completed three Bolt Insight AI Chat studies, and each time the same issue occurred: I reached the completion screen, was redirected to Respondent, and received an error instead of being marked as attended.

After the first incident, I began screen-recording the end of every Bolt Insight interview. I now have video evidence showing the interview reaching the “Thank You” screen before the redirect error occurs.

Participants can spend 20–30 minutes completing these interviews, only to have their participation not recorded due to what appears to be a technical issue. They are then left trying to prove they completed the study.

I also found reports from other participants describing similar problems, suggesting this is not an isolated case.

I enjoy participating in research studies, but I am now hesitant to accept Bolt Insight AI Chat projects because I do not trust the completion tracking process.

Very disappointing experience.

I've completed user research for both Heinz and Innocent Smoothies via this company.

On both occassions they did not reward my time.

I've now requested subject access requests with Bolt, Heinz and Innocent Smoothies as to how my data has been used.

Overall Bolt Insight is great! The survey process has been really easy to use and follow. The navigation has been clear and the questions are not too complicated and easy to read and answer in detail. Recording your voice to leave an answer is really simple and is really quick to load to the next screen/question. Overall, the experience has been really positive compared to other survey websites that can be really slow and laggy.

Bolt is somehow cheaper than other trasnsportation ride, but i need them to work in every region ,like when i went to Aberdeen in scotland ,i was unable to get a taxi by bolt.

Firstly, i must commend the company on building such a good website that is easy to access. they're quite reliable and fast in executing tasks.

I have had a good experience using trust pilot, it has been the platform I use mostly to review experiences whether good or bad, sometimes I think the review process is long but I want people to know if something wasn't really good or really terrible (in either direction) I likely would not be taking the time to talk about it
