Fantastic guitar and service provided by Bonners. Dan Piper was a pleasure to deal, very responsive to all my queries before the purchase. He was also very accommodating with having the new guitar delivered down to the Milton Keynes branch, saving me a long trip.

Will definitely keep Bonners in mind if i need anything instrument related.

I discovered Bonners quite by chance (I had planned to go to music shops in London but the tubes were on strike). What a stroke of luck! I received plenty of advice from Emma and was able to play pianos which were in my price range. The removal of my old piano and the installation of the Roland HP704 was carried out efficiently by a very friendly team. I LOVE it - it’s wonderful being able to play at any time of day in a semi-detached house. I’m particularly enjoying playing duets with myself by recording one part. My only regret is that I didn’t make this decision a few years ago so that I would have had it during the Covid lockdowns!

I popped in to Bonners, Newcastle to browse on Friday afternoon! Despite being a total novice I was made to feel very welcome. I knew I wanted a Yamaha U3 before arriving but the additional info Neil gave me was invaluable. I tried a number of pianos and settled on the one I finally bought. What a beauty! A refurbished 1979 U3. Beautiful! Like pressing down on butter! Delivery was organised with a free stool, taking away my old piano and complimentary tuning a few weeks into the future. By Tuesday, my piano was home! Amazing service from initial enquiry to delivery. Tuner was also a great guy. Love my piano so much. Wonderful tone, gentle bass notes, bright treble notes. I LOVE playing her!

Neil Ferry has helped me so much on my music journey. He helped me with my purchase of Roland 90X, I then wanted a light keyboard to take on holiday with me in the caravan. Yes you can see I am obsessed! Neil suggested the Yamaha Piaggero NP35 it was just what I was after something light and with a good sound. Neil you always go above and beyond in everything you do. Bonners are very lucky to have you.

Really helpful throughout the process of purchasing a piano for our choir. They were happy to send an invoice, confirmed when payment was recieved and delivered quickly. The delivery and set up was smooth and easy and they went out of their way to deliver at a time that was convenient for us to be present. The piano is exceptionally good value and quality, it sounds lovely.

Bonners are so helpful and friendly, they offer great PX prices and have a easy to use website, as a synth head I wish they stocked some of the more boutique synths but fully understand why this is not the case, I also really enjoy Tonys Youtube demonstrations, thanks to everyone at Bonners.

Warm welcome. Good choice of electric pianos all under one roof rather than having to go to different stores. Made it easier to compare them and happy with my Roland choice. Helpful, friendly service but not over bearing and appreciated staff gentleman playing the same song on my 3 choices of piano so that i could listen to the differences. Also liked that they then left me to play on all 3 pianos without pressure until i made my choice based on touch and sound. Was well worth the trip from london to this store. Would highly recommend. Had a very positive experience with Bonners Music, we purchased a wonderful digital piano which we have been very pleased with. There was some complications with delivery, (not Bonner’s fault) and had very good communication throughout and all handled very professionally. We were very impressed with whole experience.

My dad purchased a tyros 5 keyboard with speakers and sub as a package back in April. I left a review how impressed we were with the efficiency of the staff and how well packaged and quick delivery.
Recently, one of the leads became faulty so I phoned them up and I’d just like to say their after care service was brilliant they sourced the lead and it arrived the next day. What a great company!!! We will definitely be a returning customer.

Hi . I got in contact with bonners music after finding they had a 54 resissue strat in stock . After an email rich got back in touch immediately and added a few photos upon my request as I had concerns with it being a nitro finish guitar . This is a guitar I've wanted for about 15 years and after seeing a handful in shops I've never pulled the trigger because something was always off with the nitro finish and I already own a 57 reissue so I know what areas to look .

When I opened the case on this guitar it literally shook me to the core it was absolutely beautiful and the fact these guys bent over backwards to accommodate me made it this possible also to note it was very generously priced for what I received . as a first time buyer of a digital piano i rang for advise the gentleman who took my enquiery was great , very helpful and informative, no sale pitch just good helpful information, their delivery was fast and the price was competitive , unfortunatly their delivery partner was not so good (fedex) but when i phoned to ask why delivery information was wrong , the lady was helpful and apologetic , the piano arrived very well packaged and was easy to erect , overall i think Bonners was a very good choice for my needs

I bought a Kawai CA701 after months showing up by the store and testing all pianos. The guys at Bonners in Milton Keynes were very helpful, answering all my questions, and had infinite patience with me taking my time to make sure I choose the right instrument. They also quickly arranged a technician visit to have a look at key noises. I've got no complains
