Bought a set of three trays. Middle tray had a manufacturing problem, and Bonsoni sent a replacement immediately. Although it wasn't there problem, they sorted it, resulting in me giving them 11 out of 10 for customer service. Bytheway my title review is not a spelling mistake.

I have purchased a 4 items from Bonsoni.com in last year or so and I have never been disappointed in the service and the products.

Just once the delivery company messed up the delivery time but it wasn't bonsoni's fault as they use third party delivery company.

Overall very pleasant online shopping experience.

Recently ordered two bathroom cupboards, They arrived in good time and very well packed. However on opening them I discovered one of the units had the incorrect glass in the door, so the two items no longer matched.
I called Bonsoni who found out that the cabinet now did not come with the glass as advertised. But did agree if I could source the glass locally they would refund the cost, which they did with no quibble.
I now have two matching units that I am very happy with.
Problems can always arise, it's how they are dealt with that show the quality of the company.

Very fast delivery and well packed. There is an issue with the item which is not Bonsoni's fault as it arrived 'factory sealed.'

The manufacturer has poor quality control and Bonsoni would not have seen this or they would not have sent it out. Too near Christmas to rectify so I have chosen to bite the bullet. I will not hesitate to use them again.

This is an easy review to write. At the beginning I was slightly concerned or should I say pessimistic about purchasing such a high value item over the internet but my other half was more persistent (apparently she was referred to Bonsoni by one of her work colleagues) and even threatened to make me sleep on the floor, if I didn’t get a bed before our moving date. Trust me it was scary!!

Anyway I was half expecting some cheap looking metal bed frame to be delivered but as I was under time pressure to get one delivered quickly so I went ahead and ordered it.

What was delivered to my delight was perfect. I mean the quality of the bed frame was sturdy, well made, easy to put together and looking stunning.

This saved me hours of going around show rooms, negotiating and then working out the delivery times...

As far as I am concerned I really can't fault any aspect of my experience nor the product that got delivered by bonsoni. If there was any way to make this a better experience with for me then that would be if the frame turned up with a bloke to build it and dispose of the packaging but that’s more down to my pure laziness than anything else. :-)

I can’t recommend bonsoni highly enough for the quality of the product and the smooth process from buying to getting item delivered!
