Really great customer service, both online and in store. Food is always delicious also.

Quantity over quality seems to be the game here, my burrito was mostly cold, and the flavour was simply dull. Overall very disappointing food given the price tag, won't be back.

When Boojum first opened in Liverpool,everthing felt fresh, the food had flavour, care, and sense of quality. Sadly, those days seem long gone. This is the second time we’ve ordered delivery from Boojum, and once again, the experience was disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the flavor was just strange. The Guacamole, in particular, was horrible, the mex rice only tasted like very strong seasonings completely lacking freshness and balance. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least a decent, warm meal. .

This restaurant never fails to disappoint!!!!! They won't even answer the phone when they send you a delivery with the main ingredients missing. They should honestly be charged with theft given what they provide relative to prices charged. I ordered via just eat and if I do not get a full refund I will contact the consumer ombudsman since this is a multiple incident. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. It is a farce!!!

I occasionally get Boojum in Galway, They used to have generous portion sizes, this is not the case anymore. A while ago the food would always touch the lid inside (full portion), then I noticed clean lids and 3/4 full bowl, now a half bowl :(
I received a half empty bowl with photo to prove. I was still hungry after. I won't be risking ordering again to get a half portion for full price 👎🏽

I always enjoyed their food but last times I'm disappointed. I took a bowl with Mexican rice and I couldn't eat it as the rice was so completely dry and old , even so dry that the rice sticked together and was like small clumps. It wasn't possible to eat that dry as I felt like I would eat small stones. Don't order there again unfortunately...

Had a great time at Boojum , the food tasted amazing and the service from the girls on shift on the 10th made our day ! Didn’t get to catch their names but the to the three amazing ladies , THANK YOU ! We will be back 🥰

Had a great time at Boojum Nottingham outside victoria centre, the buritto was aboustly amazing! If I am being honest I wish they would market the vegan products more because its a new world we are living in with the right morals and I think some people dont realise how unbelivbly tasty theyre! I wish I got two!! Josh was so so kind has a calmness about him that allows you to enjoy the experience of creating your meal from scratch! He defiently deserves more opportunies because he was so kind! Amelia, Ash and Abby was also very lovely to us, they talked us through the options! I also do wish each food item in the trays has "im vegan" so i didnt have to ask the staff with every option :( I understand this isnt the staff because the staff was putting in extra work to explain things to us! At least I should know for next time. Thank you Boojum very tasty burrito! I got 3 bean!!

The foods decent tho it’s went downhill. But holy smokes the prices. I recently got a maxed out burrito in Gatwick AIRPORT. Yes, the place you pay premium for absolutely everything. And it was still £1.50 less than I pay for boojum. Also no cash is so annoying

Just had a delicious burrito whilst on away for work in Madrid, got me thinking about the last time I ever went to boojum, I had went in late one evening just before they closed a good while ago famished, ordered and when it came time to pay handed the girl a crisp 20 euro note to which her reply was "nooo, no cash" I didn't have my card, she said she couldn't help me and I swore I'd never go back and I never did🙌 the end

Well don’t get me started there was a hole in my burrito and some white sticky substance on my bowl and the prices are way to big and the lady who served me smelt disgusting

First night at Boojum Nottingham last night and wow what a night, definitely worth the journey from Cheltenham to enjoy their amazing Burritos, they are getting closer when will we have them here???

Give 2 stars as Love the food but really I Got Deliveroo last night from Liffey Valley. Wow not one employee of yours would dare to serve that in the restaurant to anyone ,so seems like you are trying to cover your fees with Deliveroo by giving shocking size of food.
I cant really believe how small the bowl was like anyway attached picture of both Burrito and Bowl.

The love of god I have like 4 T Shirts and stop collecting them 2 years ago.
I will not be ordering online ever again but off course remain a guest in person when I can controll what is coming. PS: feedback was shared with the restaurant.

Boojum use to be great when first came to Dublin with big portions, now they give tiny amounts of protein/meat untill you ask and pay extra for double same for things like rice even though I get no beans or veg at all u think and an extra half of scoop of rice would be ok

Boojum Liffey Valley is a great service and place to eat. I love the veggie burrito bowl, food is so fresh and containers are always full with great tastes. It also has a lovely seating area if you want to sit in. Staff are very polite and helpful especially Cian and Chantelle. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great place , great service but when the weather is cold in my experience, it's freezing while eating my food as they let the door wide open.

I love the burrito bowls and got the pulled pork one in George's street on Monday evening. It just wasn't as nice as I had before but still edible.
I hate giving bad reviews but a few hours later I become violently I'll with vomiting and diarrhea. I've been very sick for two days and had to stay off work. I'll never eat out of Boojum again after this experience wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Really think I got food poisoning.

Worst veggie ‘burrito’ I’ve ever had…
First off, I pad extra to get guacamole. There was no guacamole in my wrap whatsoever. No cheese, no sour cream. And the veggies filling was just thickly cut onions and peppers… so basically, rice, salsa, onions and peppers. Gross! And I paid 9€ for this… it’s disgraceful. I will never order from the again.
