تجربتي مع موقع BOVEM كانت سيئة جدًا. قمت بطلب منتج ودفع المبلغ، لكن لم يتم شحن الطلب حتى الآن. حاولت التواصل معهم عدة مرات ولم أتلقَّ أي رد على رسائلي. تجاهل العملاء وعدم الرد أمر غير مقبول ويجعل الموقع غير موثوق. لا أنصح أي شخص بالشراء من هذا الموقع حتى يتم تحسين المصداقية وخدمة العملا

I like the ease of the sight but was unable to make a correction to my order. I went through with one additional replacement blade because I will eventually use it. Please check sight to be able to reduce the number of items being ordered. Thank you

Very bad service ,,ordered and reveived 8 days after, supposed to be express shipment within one day ,vague contact they dont have official contact number dont reply on e mail ,I totally dont advice about it ,,product wise on average .

It's a good product but the delivery time was way longer than advertised it took 5 business days for it to reach me.

It's been 35 days since I placed my order but I haven't received it yet. No updates from the company. I followed up thru email but got no reply.

UPDATED 12/27/2025: I got an email from Bovem yesterday stating the product reached our country's post office almost a month ago. Our post office didn't contact me either. I thought and was expecting it to be delivered to my doorstep. Will have to wait till January of next year as government offices are closed for the holidays.

I like the use shaver as it is slick and comfortable to use. Would be good to have a shaving cream to come with it

fantastic experience. was doing a warranty claim for a faulty product and was assisted by Adam. after necessary checks, i was sent a new and upgraded product swiftly which works great.

Getting what I want

It's led stopped working 3 months after I bought it and it cuts my skin when I run it around my globe. Not very safe for intimate use.

Very poor experience. They promised shipping in 2-3 days and still preparing shipment after 6 days without any response from any enquiry/customer service.

I feel deceived as a customer.

Wrong package delivered. Ordered razor but delivered trimmer

one star is even more than what they deserve....i guess no star should be there. no response whatsoever, my item never delivered and no replies since then.
