Love all my orders, love that I can purchase beautiful clothing at a reasonable price. Very quick delivery, which is great if you’re wanting something quickly for a special occasion & posted out the same day as the order. I have only returned possibly two/three items, which probably didn’t look nice on me, money refunded promptly. Love the videos & seeing what the clothing looks like, the bows family is great!

My only niggle is that some of the items are so lovely and popular they sell out really quick … so you have to be quick sharp after a live!! xx

Absolutely fantastic company, items always as described, love the videos on FB to show items on. Beautiful items, amazing prices fast delivery i am so impressed. I had a very small issue, emailed and received a response almost immediately which is unheard of and all resolved within an hour.

Brought a cream fur Gilet, arrived today, it’s so lovely, fur is so soft, colour great, pockets fab, length great I’m 5ft 2 . Service speedy and great communication. Would definitely purchase from them again

Good quality clothing, fast delivery

I placed an order on the 20th December 2025, received a tracking number that didn't take me to any postal service site so I couldn't track it.

I have emailed a couple if times and sent a message on ztikTok and had no response. Site now tells me it is closed when I click on my order.

Item still hasn't arrived.

My experience with bows has been brilliant , i have not been shopping with them for very long. The clothing is exactly as described on their website . True to fit. Doing the fb lives are fab as we get to see the clothing before we purchase. From time from order to delivery is excellent comes with in time scale of delivery.
