I love bow's boutique clothing but I have had a few faulty items.customers services are very quick to sort things out.

Clothes are a great fit and style.
Customer Service is outstanding.

Well what can I say! WOW I’m so glad that I found bows ,not just for the fantastic clothes but for the people. Ossie,Ozay,Kat and the rest of the team are amazing. The clothes are amazing too and 9 times out of 10 I hardly return items because they look so great, and thanks to bows I have lost 5stone in weight this year. I was fed up seeing the lovely clothes on the lives and Ozay looking also amazing I thought it was about time I did something. So with all the newness coming out online I did it, I’m now a size 12/14 instead of 18/22.
I have so many shoes as well and because I’m a wide foot I always think they will not fit , but again they are always ok. The customer service is grand and the returns is so fast in refunding you your money . I will always be thankful to bows boutique for giving my life back and making me feel great in myself again, and in all that I order as I’m a lady who suffers bad from arthritis and other illnesses when I thought my life was no more bows have bought me back to the old me. I shop on-line as now live in Norfolk but will make it my aim in the new year to make a journey to the shop, so I can also meet all the lovely ladies that are working there and again do some great lives.

Bows Boutique is a lovely place to shop for women’s clothes. They are modelled for you so you can see the fit etc. There’s a huge variety from leggings, Lounge suits, Tops, Boots, Dresses and various coats. So far the quality has been exceptional and at very reasonable prices. They let you know when new stock has arrived. I would highly recommend anyone to have a look.

Bows does everything well the clothes are fantastic Ozay and Ozzie are brilliant. Items are sent out super quick and on the rare occasion I have to return an item the refunds are speedy too.

I put my old email address on my order and I no longer have access to it so I contacted customer services it was the quickest most simple transaction ever if only every customer service could be like this!

Vienna jacket size 18.
Its a beautiful jacket for sure as its very heavy and warm. This is not a complaint by any means, but when the jacket is zipped up, the fur is that thick at the zip, the jacket is then too tight. I ordered 1 size bigger than i am, but its uncomfortable as theres not much wiggle room. The fur at the zip makes it awkward as its in the inside of the jacket, i thought the fur was on the outside when zipped up as thats what it looks like on the photos/video on the website. This is the first i have worn the jacket as its been too wet to wear it before now, hence the late review.
