I placed an order on the 6th of this month, it was the weekend so I gave them grace but it’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing. No updates, no tracking or shipping, anything. So I sent an email and still haven’t heard anything back. I feel like I’m going to have to dispute my order if something doesn’t change soon.

I placed an order for a large item on the website. It said 4 days delivery. They didn't even ship it until 2 days later. But it never came to me. For weeks, I tried to get UPS to get it delivered but it never came. I traded messages with Boyzshop and they said they couldn't do anything. I finally hit "return" on the UPS app. I never saw this thing. It was never delivered to me and that's easily seen on UPS tracking. Weeks later Boyzshop won't refund the money or communicate with me. I paid almost $600 for literally nothing. If that's not fraud, I don't know what is.

Worst company I have ever dealt with by far. A friend as a prank for April Fools ordered some adult toys as a joke. They admitted to it as soon as I asked when I got a notice on my phone about a charge. I contacted the company to cancel and they refused, saying it was already shipped, a couple hours later I got an email indicating the items had shipped. I was then informed to accept the items, and contact once received. I refused to pay duty charges and it was then returned to sender. The company still refused to refund my money, instead they charged me a 20% restocking fee, and the remainder as an in store credit - which I cannot use unless I visit their store in the US (I live in Canada). I’m appalled, and do not understand how a company can charge me for items I never received; that are still brand new. Those items they’ll now sell to someone else as new and make at least double their money.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service instead of even apologizing for the trouble, they told me they don’t accept returns. To me this isn’t a return, it’s a never even received matter.
I will never order anything from this company, am pursuing a few avenues to get my money back, and I will not just not recommend this company, but I will do my best to tell everyone who will listen they are the worst. I’ve kept the email interactions and printed them so I always have proof should any news agency or legal avenue need them.

Yes fraud is a serious allegation and I didn’t want to throw my friend, who meant no harm, under the bus; and I think it’s ridiculous I have to just for a simple refund in order for your company to even consider one, and you say return but these items never even entered my city let alone my home. In a world where e-commerce and online purchases are common practice you are the sole company I have dealt with that has an absolute no refund policy and I have ordered from other sites in the past for myself, friends and even pranks that had to do with adult or health products and they accepted those back with full refunds provided they were unopened. I will never use the store credit as I will never support a company that belittles and insults their customers. I appreciate the attempt of an apology as it’s the first one I’ve gotten from your company, however, I know it’s only being provided to try and save face and not because it’s genuine. The second reason I will never order is simply the fact you do not stand behind your products; if your products were truly top notch and incredible you wouldn’t have any issue providing a refund, without the need for fraudulent charges being filed or legal action (to which I haven’t yet gotten a refund) but instead you’re desperate to keep every transaction and cling to limiting any return to store credit. That act of desperation towards a sale indicates to me you cannot truly afford to lose them, even responding and taking the time to look up a specific transaction and knowing which transaction it pertains to indicates to me you either dont get many thus easy to find, or you’re still so desperate that a single bad review is deemed absolutely necessary to respond to try and save face, because I know its not out of care. Your customer service agent literally laughed on the phone and mocked me, when I told her I’d report it as fraud and pursue this. Had she have said I’m sorry for the trouble when I explained to her the full story and then refunded my money less then restocking fee I’ve have understood; and thanked her for her time, but instead she laughed and basically dared me to try. That is not customer service.

Package never arrived and they refuse to refund. After three communications and the package not moving for over 14 days. Contacted my credit card to dispute and was informed that the company illegally placed my one-time charge as a recurring payment! Card company advised that at no point did I ever authorize a recurring charge for the one time purchase of a sex toy! Now I will have to call back every month to dispute the charge!!! Reaching out to my State Attorney General's office for credit card fraud and violations regarding interstate commerce.

I’ve ordered from Boyzshop multiple times and have never had issues with defective items. I did have an issue with shipping and delivery once, but I was able to get it squared away and fixed through their customer service

This was my first order with them and I never received my products. They shipped it with USPS and it played a back and forth from place to place for two weeks so far. I notified them by email first and got a basic response oh give it time, well the last tracking info was it left the post office distribution center and never showed up anywhere. The post office updated my tracking four days later that it’s in transit to its destination, I live 2 hrs from this distribution center. Than I called finally and they told me due to there contract with the post office they have to wait 14 business days from the last update which was the in transit 4 days later when it shipped out. So as a first time customer and they can can clearly see with the tracking info the post office lost it and said I have to wait pretty much a month before they will do anything as far as replacing the items. So I will be calling my bank here soon and disputing the charge and giving them my info showing I never received anything. Not great customer service I’m afraid.

Contrary to other customers negative (rightfully or not) reviews regarding their dissatisfaction of the Boyzshop experience. My own experience is quite the opposite. I am usually quite dubious of online shopping never really knowing what to expect.
As a new customer of Boyzshop, my experience has been exceptional. My queries regarding products were sent to several different team members. They attentively responded to me within less than 24 hours each time.
Disappointedly, one of my purchases was defective. After writing to explain the problem, the matter was again responded to and resolved within 24 hours. Without question, I received a product replacement within two days.
I am very impressed with every aspect of my shopping experience, especially with the service team, who have defined by their actions what excellent customer service is actually meant to be. They proved to me the high regard they have for htheir customers, which is a rare attitude anywhere these days. I shall happily continue to trade with Boyzshop, as my go-to toy shop without hesitation. Thank you to everyone that I’ve communicated with for their kind and respectful attitude.

I bought a few products two of them I don’t really like one of them is a little painful and unpleasant and the other just feels weird. That’s not a big deal my rating comes from the packaging my package arrived opened!!! How embarrassing that my mail mal might’ve seen my sex toys. Why ship them in a plastic bag they should use a box, specially for a big order.
