They will not listen.
They say i owe money to SSE Energy.
I sent chq. to SSE And my bank has confirmed payment has been made.
I phoned BPO and explained to a Chap named CRAIG.He was very arrogant and had a aggressive tone

I had sky tv for 21 years never missed…

I had sky tv for 21 years never missed a payment ,cancelled my subscription which you pay one month in advance so I owe nothing to sky now I have BPO Collections saying I owe £105 to sky which is wrong I asked bpo to send be proof of this dept which thay refused to do,thay have to send proof ie original signed contract which as yet I have not received

Hounding me for a Statute Barred Debt

I have been receiving emails and phone calls from these Charlitans over the past week or so. The debt is Statute Barred I will be reporting them and if they continue I will take legal action against them for harassment and malicious communications.

Received several emails

Received several emails, saying they're acting on behalf of Jefferson Capital regarding an unpaid Virgin bill. When i queried this as ive never used Virgin, they said it was for an outstanding bill from 2016! I told them again it wasnt me, and to cease and desist all communication or i would be reporting them to the FCA . So they emailed me back, requesting my full name, dob, address etc! SCAMMERS!!

I received a text saying “ Our client…

I received a text saying “ Our client Vodafone have asked us, BPO Respect, to contact you about your account. Please get in touch with us by phoning 01412551111, quoting reference 132723516, at your earliest convenience. We are here to help.“

Before speaking with them, you must provide your entire name, home address, and date of birth. Please do not; it is a fraud.

It's all an inside job; clearly someone from Vodafone has sent my information to them because I do have a final outstanding payment because I moved to another broadband and last time I tried to login to make the payment it didn’t work.
The BPO collections advisor on the phone surprisingly indicated the correct amount I owed.

But this is all a hoax because I can still log in to my Vodafone account and pay through them. Indeed, I will make the payment tomorrow.

No wonder the name is different on here. Chasing me for a payment I’ve already made to Sky. They don’t answer the phone, emails or texts. I’m not wondering how much this is affecting my credit score??

Identity Theft Scam

Went onto their "portal" put in wrong DoB and post code deliberately. It came back "sorry login details incorrect. Try again"
Thy again!!!!
Who in their right mind would supply them with their own information? It could be used for ID theft.

Still, it's fun messing them around.

SCAM!!!!!

Sent letter through for outstanding balance.

Name with different address.

Advised for car insurance. Don’t even own a car and never been advised of any payment outstanding so knew things were a bit wary.

Everyone ignore it receive letter from this company!!!

These people are most vile company

These people are most vile company. I Had a 128.00 bill paid in full they took the payment 3 times and didn’t refund it. I can 11 times over 4 weeks and fobbed off every time, last week. I went through my bank to get a refund, they did until they investigated and this company told them they had issued me with a refund. The bank reversed to charges and once again I was out of pocket. So I went back to bpo who told me that they issued a refund on 26th…. Wait 5 days. Did so only to be told after 5 days with no refund, they told me they’ve reversed it so now it’s a problem with my bank. In that phone call they also asked me if my bank refunded me the money. I then realised they’ve been playing with me for four weeks and had no intention of refunding me the money. In all of this I’ve asked for manager to speak to me/call back on four occasions and never ever got a call back. They are bullies, liars thief’s and are greedy disgusting excuse for people. The employees know that there giving you the run around and seem to take pride in robbing people and causing distress. Someone needs to shut them down.

Definately a scam

They keep sending threatening letters only to retract their "debt" 3 weeks later. They are really trying to get personal details. Just send them copy/paste email back - DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS!
