I had a flat tyre and had to pull over at Braceys Motors, Little Wymondley for help. They couldn’t have been more helpful and kindly put my spare tyre on for me completely free of charge. Such a generous gesture and so appreciated when I was in a difficult situation.

I was also considering buying a new car, and the customer service I received was second to none. Friendly, genuine, helpful and professional without any pressure whatsoever.

I would highly recommend Braceys Motors, not only for their excellent value but for the whole customer experience. It’s so refreshing to come across a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you so much

I am very suspicious that loads of really positive reviews appear on 3 May all at once, pushing the negative reviews down the list.
They sell cars with faults and take the profit.

Bought a 2019 Peugeot 208 in January. It seemed very good value for money but within 4 months, we had to spend out another £1300 including replacing a missing fuse, brakes and discs, 4 new tyres and the cambelt. I have previously been employed as a used-car salesperson so I recognise that if issues don't present, then they won't get fixed. However, I am cross that the cambelt should have been changed BEFORE it was sold to me according to the manufacturer's service schedule. I could kick myself that I didn't check this before we bought it. Unfortunately Braceys didn't check it either and I believe this is very poor practice for a garage that wants to build up a good reputation; after all, aren't they supposed to be the experts? I have taken it up with them personally and they have compensated me with words and no apology. I hope that they and you reading this review, will learn from this and act accordingly. I know I will.

There is videos online of the young lad that works for this company laughing at a customer who is trying to aell an audi a6. He us also being sarcastic with the customer.

I would avoid at all costs and sell your car to a firm who is professional.

They had a good selection of cars and were able to advise on what would suit my needs. I was so pleased with the car I was shown and the honest communication that I viewed and bought the car within an hour. Aftercare has been great. Thank you :)

Highly recommend, very friendly & quickly fixed the repair on my car

I purchased a car from this company many months ago, I follow their reviews to see if other customers have experienced the same traumas I have. I’m disappointed to see how even trust pilot are allowing this organisation to con them. All their positive reviews are from the last 36 hours, boosting their rating significantly, covering their negative reviews giving them 4 stars at first glimpse. The comments all seem to follow the same trend also, praising the sellers! POTENTIAL BUYERS READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST. DONT BE FOOLED. This speaks volumes about the company! Trust pilot your potentially putting people at risk by allowing this.

Braceys Motors looked at my Bipper van last week. Customer service was spot on, great communication and talked me through things needed done without trying to sugar coat which I appreciate and don’t that much these days. All work completed spot on and recommend
