Poor aftercare from Braidwater.
NHBC carried out an inspection at my property and confirmed defects in the original build, including a cracked roof tile causing water ingress and a failed render repair using incorrect materials.
Despite this independent report confirming defective workmanship, Braidwater refused to carry out the repairs as the property was more than 2 years old.
Disappointing response — especially given these were not wear-and-tear issues, but confirmed construction defects.
I would strongly advise others to document and report everything early, as support after handover is poor. There were also significant other snags that were not dealt with, and our neighbours have had similar experiences. Due to this poor aftercare, I would think twice about getting another Briadwater property.
