this company is a scam
this company is a scam. They will not allow me to cancel after I fulfilled my 6 month commitment. They did not help with marketing at all.

I had a really unpleasant experience…
I had a really unpleasant experience with brandrep. I don't feel as if they were worth the money. I tried to cancel, one of their sales people called and talked me into 6 more months at a reduced rate and assured me they would be "actively working behind the scenes" and they basically just send you your searched activity each month. I then was charged another $1400 for another 6 month time frame, 8 months after the previous one... As soon as I saw it appear as a payment, I emailed and called them to cancel and refund that amount. My bank denied the Fraud because brandrep claims it was a completed transaction and I needed to contact them PRIOR to them pulling the payment. I had no idea they would pull the payment, and it didnt line up that it was 8 months after the previous payment.... I've now spend 60 days trying to get the $1400 from them.... Please do not use this company. It's not worth the money, and it's very unfortunate.

This situation is unacceptable. I was expecting support and results, but nothing has been delivered so far.
I kindly request immediate follow-up regarding this matter. If the service cannot be provided as agreed, I want a refund.
