I purchased a flat in Dingwall through auction without ever seeing it in person — only the home report and photos. Buying at auction is always a bit of a risk because you never fully know what you’re getting, but thankfully this one paid off and I’m really glad I went ahead with it.

The whole process was handled really well, communication was great throughout, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a caravan and site in Ayr from Nicola at Braveheart Auctions. After reading the negative reviews I was concerned however after speaking with Nicola my opinion changed. I am delighted I proceeded with the deal and have even purchased a small flat in Stevenson from her as well... A+ my girl!!!

I was a bit skeptical when my husband came to me with a plot of land Braveheart were selling, but I did my due diligence, made sure the plot was the right one for us (one in a place called Garve) and asked A LOT of questions! Well guys anyone wanting to use auction buying I would recommend braveheart they sorted everything out I had to do nothing everything was done for me so if you need to use auction buying try them they have been doing it for years I had a piece of land in the highlands and they organised everything for the sale
